Love Love this song. Took me a few hours to research the commercial to find out who sings this beautiful song with the best musical.instruments.My mom was born int he early forties and I in the late sixties and we both love this song. Sometimes I feel I was born in the wrong era.
Hi Monica, same thing happened to me...I was, absent-mindedly, watching the TV when I stumbled in a commercial break for Mercedes-Benz (Mercedes-Benz, thank you..thank you !)...hearing this wonderful song, at once, all my senses woke up...I had to search for the angel singing this melody...I'm not good at sailing (in Italy we say so !) the net, but, after a while, I happily succeded. What a song...what a singer !!!...the song seems an old classic from the '50s or the '60s !!...being born in 1955, I dare say I know what I'm talking about !!...I put it side by side with VALERIE by Amy Winehouse. Now I walk with this melody in my mind !!....Many cheers to you and your mother !
