The 3rd house is not bad for the price if they could take down the wall going up the stairs and add a nice metal railing it would open the space and give it a more airy look ,wonder if that would be possible
I always love your videos Mr. Kaleb. Still trying to make up my mind and thank you very much for speaking with me. That has helped me so much. I love the way you present your videos. You're very clear and educational when you speak and you're very honest with your opinions..
If the stairs had open railings instead of the pony wall look, it would open that area up. Although I like the primary bedroom on the first floor (who wants to climb stairs when you are 70??), I do not like the bedroom right off the living area. Nice homes overall.
Thanks so much for the tours, Kaleb! That second model's fwng shui was so off that it was aggravating my anxiety through the TV. And the stairwells greeting you at the door is a huge sturn off. Lennar totally missed the mark with all these models IMO.
Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 1st home. Like the front elevation. Nice deep view on entry. Like that the good bedrooms set up and back. Can’t see into them. Bathroom ok. Oh another bedroom and laundry room. But no second or 1/2 bath. Nice open concept. Nice size primary. En-suite small but enough. Closet ok. 2nd home nice elevation and garage design. Stairs kinda close to the front door. Hallway a smidge narrow. Open concept. Living/dining space small. The nook is it. Small loft area. Primary an ok size. En-suite small but enough. Closet ok. Saw the linen closet behind the door. Guest bedroom ok. Want visitors to go home. Laundry small. So 3 bedrooms to 1 bathroom. 🫤. 3rd home like the elevation. House deep not wide. Stairs close again. 1/2 bath appreciated. At least this has a designated dining space. The laundry area is appreciated. Open concept nice. The primary ok. En-suite small but double vanity long and closet ok. Loft area bigger. Again 3 bedrooms to 1 bathroom 🫤. Like this and #1 ok. Like 2nd the least but all have potential. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
Love these homes . Hated how the front doors opened up to the outside but i guess it couldnt be helped because of the stairways! My wishlist would be a bigger atrium and a pool!
That second staircase at the door, you're right, yuck. I mean, maybe, with a railed banister, it could open it, but not a fan. Also, that $360k starting point is 20% too high for that cramped layout and cheap finishes.
Model Three 🏠 is definitely the Fave!! First floor owner's suite, functional loft space, and five bedrooms; also price point! The placement of stairs however was a little off putting, and the. 💧washer/dryer 'alcove' was an apparent afterthought of Lennar (someone probably got fired for that faux pas) 😂 The only info that I missed was yearly taxes & hoa info. Did I eye spy a water 💧 view Kaleb? Another great selection of 🏠 🏠 current downward trend opportunities. Thanks Kaleb!
House #1. Awesome 👍😎 House #2.I agree Kaleb, The Stairs is way to close to the front door. Real Narrow, relatively Tight. The Floor Plan is not Good. House #3. Is much better than the 2nd one, But once again The Stairway to close to the front Door. I also don't like living around a Lake or Pond. Overall My Favorite One is HOUSE 1. Great 😃 Video 📸👍👏😍❤️
3rd house, yucky stairs at foyer. Tiny laundry space. The first floor primary was nicely done, but sacrifices living spaces and kitchen/dining. No room to entertain guests. Bedroom sizes on the second floor were decent, but would rather see 3 with an additional bathroom attached to bedroom. This house is best of 3, prices should start at $360k, however.
👋 Kaleb! House number one is nice but could be less. Number two makes me want some of Bob Marley stuff ,even though never had it with all the zigzag the house has. Three is nice as well. Don't like the carpeting though. Be safe!
🕊✨ 🌹 Good Afternoon Mr. Shaw, as always very thorough with Your presentations and honesty opinion and expertise. Unfortunately Not! a fan of this builder. Will are standing by for a single Family 3/2 and a Family room with a pantry. ( One Story ) Have a Pleasant Afternoon, Thank You!
Hey kaleb I’m more interested in the garages when my wife and I look at houses as that’s where I spend my time with my classic cars so give the garages a little more time on your videos please as I’m sure lots of guys know what I’m saying lol thanks
Beautiful homes, zero lot lines but not for me. I like growing my own food, including fruit trees . These prices need to come down some more .Still too high.
This review is so neative, if someone wanted to buy one of this houses they wouldnt want to anymore after watching your video, try to be more positive next time.
Even with the incentives I am not a fun. Overpriced houses, tiny closets and most bedrooms are small. I am also not a fun of stairs right by the front door 💔. Like that 3rd model has primary on 1st floor and I like the closet but still overpriced. For me, 3rd model is the best of 3
The third model (The Columbia)... me and my wife was going to close on this house before the pandemic started 3 years ago. We had a better-looking Columbia because Lennar had a different elevation model. We would of paided $237,000 in Sunset City in Riverveiw, FL. These houses are over-priced.

Yes. Good night Kaleb . Thank you for being honest
Thank you Kaleb!
The homes even new look dated as the builder used the cheapest material.

I agree with you. Again with the stairs.
Thank you for watching Tim!
Beautiful properties Kaleb loved all three...but especially the first one.

Why like the final model best where it has the same flaw with the stairs right at the fornt door making it tight? Maybe it felt more open?
It was a more open. Thank you for watching!
Not a fan of bifold closet doors, stairs near the entry or closets in the bathroom. 3rd was my favorite. Thanks for sharing Kaleb
Thanks for watching Noreen!
Thanks Kaleb! Totally agree with you on the stairs. 🤷🏻♂️
Variable interest rate! Looks like we are going back to 2008, lessons never learned.

hey Kaleb. These homes were nice, I enjoyed the third one the most as well.
Hey kaleb. I think the 3rd house is the best of these. Stairway is tough, but it could be a lot worse. I would just want a pool with either of these 3
Thank you for sharing Luke! I appreciate you continuing to watch my videos!
Do they give an option of adding a pool
Hello love number 3 the best. We are coming down March 21-24 will want to see this but can’t move until Jan 2024. Thanks 😊
Awesome! Thank you again for watching my video Patty!

How long does it take for the build?
Hey Shelley! It takes 6-8 months from start to finish.

I wish I was close to you I would want to ride around with you just to tour homes with you!
Allow Air BNB. short term rental?
Please go into the garage and show them better!
Definitely prefer the first house....love new constructions
Thank you for watching Shanique!
Beautiful homes, zero lot lines but not for me. I like growing my own food, including fruit trees .
These prices need to come down some more .Still too high.
I totally agree! Thank you for your feedback!
Beautiful homes but im not a fan of developments with zero lot lines and cookie cutter homes with HOAs. I prefer older homes with fireplaces and land.
It's a no for me. Why cramp 5 bedrooms in a 2000 square footage 🤔 with only 2 bathrooms?? And the stairs right in front of the door?? Epic fail
Thank you for your feedback Antoinette!
I need to see the tv
A lot of space was wasted above the front door on the inside. You should have shown the lawns as well.
Do you recommend those properties for rental?
No, I could find you something better. Email me shawhomegroup@gmail.com
This review is so neative, if someone wanted to buy one of this houses they wouldnt want to anymore after watching your video, try to be more positive next time.
Oh wow my lender is charging 4.65%
Many of the homes that you show are very basic and many are ugly.
Are there developers that build homes designed similar to GL Homes?

@@wizkid5066so how much did you end up paying?
The lofts are a waste of space. That could have been a walk in closet for a bedroom.
Hi😊
Hi Kaleb,
All the previous videos, you always mention the lot size and show the back yard, wondering why you did not do it this time.
Yummy case yummy
Bad design and not space between houses. Florida is becoming a cheap designed ideas.
Pipes in the head with a wanna bout to be played if guard is therereal nane imnot funny or fun to much nosie smokymake him more then the bitfriend
Nice homes but didn't show back yard.
