TheTexas Attorney General has no jurisdiction over the actions taken out of state. Additionally any court that tries to make such actions illegal can be held in contempt of the constitution as it would be tantamount to sanctioning bondage/ slavery.

But the only way to opt out of pregnancy is an abortion. No fathers have had their kidneys ruined by pregnancy. Their body is not on the line. A woman's body is on the line she should get the last say in if she wants to take the risks that are inherent. It sounds like you think your wallet should be treated with the same deference as pregnant woman's body. Why do you think those things are analogous?
But once the baby is born, the mother is on the same hook as the father. I don't know why you think that denying a child monetary care from a parent is somehow equal to bodily autonomy.

Sounds like Texas is turning into the Islamic Republic of Iran, where women need the permission of their eldest male relative (typically their Husband or Father) in order to travel (even to obtain a passport to leave the country). They are also supposed to be chaperoned by a male relative outside the home, but this isn't a law.
Girls can get married at 13yo, but boys at 15yo - though younger can get married w/ permission of Fathers & court judges. This would certainly be acceptable to most pedophiles.

People have a hard time discerning the difference between crafting Law and legislating behavior.
Only the Lord Himself can force me act a certain way, the Constitution guarantees legal recognition of that, however Law can dictate consequences for actions I willfully perpetrate which Law has decided are punishable offenses.
The abortion provider is the only one who should bear legal responsibility, if the procedure is deemed illegal in the state. The person cannot have an abortion without the provider. If they do, it's a different crime entirely.
People will always have the RIGHT to do illegal things in a Free society. They will be held accountable under Law, however, as illegal actions have consequences. Once a child is born, both parents are equally on the hook. If a woman doesn't know she's pregnant and gives birth, she is just as "trapped" by the baby as a man would be. None of that has anything to do with someone choosing to stay pregnant or not. Two wrongs don't make a right.

They had picked out a name, he was already buying things like clothing and had even bought a crib. One day, without informing him and without his consent, she went and had an abortion. It devastated him and it ended their marriage. It’s not right that only one parent gets to decide this instead of both. It took two to make that baby. It should take two to kill it. Obviously, I am not talking about rape or incest here. This situation was neither. Two consenting adults were intimate with one another resulting in a pregnancy. One decided she didn’t want to go through with it because she wanted to play but didn’t want to pay. And enough of this dancing around what this is called. The objective of an abortion is to slay the unborn. People justify it by dehumanizing it as a fetus instead of a child to sooth their conscience and to be able to tell themselves that they are not committing infanticide but, everybody knows what would happen if time were allowed to pass.

Yet all choice is removed from the men in these situations even in legally bound relationships. There’s no middle ground in an insane society where government is king over family. I can’t believe that the comments here are real. Let’s imagine that this couple were together and conceived a child. They both knew it and talked about it. If this baby was born even at 5 months pregnancy he would be liable to pay child support because it's his child you can't have it both ways in a just world. How ever this is such a fallen world of course some people would say it's a clump of cells. Very sad times. This Is another reason DNA tests should be done before any legal proceedings in family courts that involve children. If he is not the father she needs to be charged with paternity fraud and sued for pain and suffering. Imagine going through this and you might not be the dad.?
If she had the baby he’d be expected to pay for that child for life, and if he killed her while she was pregnant he’d be charged with “double” homicide, but yet fathers have no rights if the woman decides to kill the baby. None of these laws make sense.
