Sir, I remember the late Sri D. Dharma Rao, MS ortho, MCh (Liverpool)an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Superintendent of KGH in Visakhapatnam. He was a former Specialty Doctor in the early 90s and used Japanese technology, such as knee cap stickers. Some of the NIMS Specialists also suggested to Visakhapatnam patients, "Why do you all come from Visakhapatnam when you have an eminent doctor available right there in Visakhapatnam itself?"
