It only matters how strong that character is and the tools at their disposal. His tools just don't fit fairly in tekken as they are now

Because trust me, you wouldn't wanna lose an entire round just because you forgot to block one unseeable low. I honestly felt cheap everytime I "death combo"ed someone with d3.

Dude, Akuma have not so good in pokes and mixup so they empower it with meter and d3+ hardest combos as well, also opposite side every character hv easy combos, pokes and balanced mixup with handsome damage, so you can get understand that its all upon skill and experience...
