    I’m so impressed with what she had to say! Such good information and everyone needs to do for themselves to feel optimal as we do get older ! Even when we are young as well..get prepared and take good care of ourselves..get the right help as we go through our journey! 👍

    I'm 54 and started 4months ago Estrogen patch and Progesterone tablet and was fine started on 50g patch but two weeks ago had to go to 75g as 50g wasn't available but haven't felt well since pins and needles in my hands at night in bed and chest pains and my breasts get nerve like stingy pains and started bleeding which I hadn't in years I have to wait till 08 November to see my doctor can't get appointment earlier even though he prescribed HRT it's only because I had armed myself with information that I learned from Dr.Newson my pharmacy are brilliant they are very much clued in on HRT

    This is such good information from Dr Newson. This is the first time I had heard mention the “pins and needles” symptom associated with hormone deficiency, which I am experiencing. This doctor is giving hope to women world wide (I find it dreadfully needed here in the U. S.) and I for one am very grateful. 🎀💞
