Wonderful.I prefer to keep the usal separate ,the farsan as a side dish , and the kat or tari too in a bowl .One can then mix and match as one goes along . Wonderful .In Kolhapur they seem to use more masala compared to say Nasik or Pune. But it is one of the signature dishes of the Marathi people.
