Hello Shirani. I just made these tonight & they were so freakin' awesome it was unbelievable. Of course, I added my little touch. They were crispier than patato chips! Had them with rice & veggies. I'm in heaven now. The Shrimps size 16-20 are still on sale this week so I'll go get myself couple more bags! Thank you from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. ♥

Thanks to you my shrimps came out amazing!! My family loved them. I seasoned them with obay and other seasonings but the way you showed me how to make them crispy is Amazing!! Thank you!
Right On!! Fried Shrimp and whatever they want to bring to the table.. :D i love shrimp more than Crab or Lobsters, easier to eat and less messy. Crab is messy and Lobster is tougher in texture than Shrimp. There's times for messy like Buffet or Las Vegas food tours but NOT messy on my Birthdays just in case we're heading out somewhere after.. :D The Coconut fried shrimp they sell in the frozen section is pretty good too(i forgot which brand it was). I tried to avoid meat since it'll fill me up too quick(chicken/pork/steak). i will certainly try ur recipe this weekend although i don't have the electric fryer but i do have the turkey burner(30,000 btu) so hopefully it'll work. Do you recommend Sea salt, Kosher salt, Himalayan pink salt, or celtic sea salt...?? There are ones with iodine and ones without so i'm not sure which is best for flavor.. iodine or not.. Just in case i can't find ur seasoned salt at my local supermarkets..
I love any kind of seafood, I could eat it every day! I have a link for the seasoned salt in the description box if you are interested but if not then you can just use regular table salt. I always buy the iodized one.

Thanks for letting me know 😊.
Thanks for telling
Is a deep fryer necessary
No, but I like it so I don't have to clean the stove 😁.
Ah feel you there
Will dipping it in a metal container over the stove work?
Yes, you can do that. I just like using a fryer because I find that the food is less greasy than frying on the stove.
Cooking with Shirani that’s most likely due to the temperature of the oil, use s thermometer to periodically check the temp while frying.
Thank you for the tip!
