The longer this goes on the less and less I like the Great Mother. She is really full of old notions and fully intractable. Even her eyes look miserable and mean. Hope at some point her behavior turns around for her two sons are really terrific.
I just binged watched this drama, it was really good. I admit, I was surprised when it was revealed that Concubine Wen was the spy. She did a good job of working in the dark, she used her quiet demeanor to instigate others to do her evil work.

十一娘既然很聰慧得體，她怎會在節骨眼上不先退一步，反而一再堅持要留在繡坊，令丈夫為難，家庭不和睦？

這點點處處都與人性不合，是劇本的敗筆。

因此，這部劇是否在強調一夫一妻的重要？
感觉这个剧想模仿“知否” 来呈现几个大家族的群像，但是原剧本格局小逻辑差硬伤太多。。能看到这里纯粹是靠演员演技撑着
