I've been working for 30 years and in that time, never got any bonuses, any Christmas/year end parties we had to pay for our own meals, and have had nothing more than 1% pay increases if any at all while the employer continued to make more and more profit and demand more and more out of us while threatening to terminate us at any moment. I've had the impression that they've both lived up here for a while but, it wasn't until they worked for Ryan, that they were introduced to, and welcomed into, a lot of cool stuff that those of us who were born here take for granted.

Man I lost my job before the holidays because my son was sick and I had to be with him 24/7 during his recovery amd my boss told me be here or be without you're job after 3 1/2 years never missing a day and working 60+ hours a week in the heat and freezing cold ...what I would give to have a boss like you who values a hard worker that always shows up ...no Christmas for my family this year not even a Christmas dinner as there is no money had to choose between food or power for our holidays . god bless you brother thanks for being such an amazing person.

When Eric was kind of struggling with the menu, I felt that in my heart. The first time my boss took us to a very fancy place, I was so lost. I was worried I was going to use the wrong spoon or something. It made it so I couldn't really enjoy the experience as much as I would have liked.
I’m a general contractor and superintendent. I work with my family and am very fortunate to have had this opportunity. I will soon be starting my own corporation and going off on my own. When Eric was kind of struggling with the menu, I felt that in my heart. The first time my boss took us to a very fancy place, I was so lost. I was worried I was going to use the wrong spoon or something. It made it so I couldn't really enjoy the experience as much as I would have liked.
I’m a general contractor and superintendent. I work with my family and am very fortunate to have had this opportunity. I will soon be starting my own corporation and going off on my own. I see how you run your business and how you treat your crew and I truly hope that I may be fortunate enough to do the same with my future crew and my business. Your kindness and generosity are boundless and you serve as an inspiration and role model to many here on RUclips and in your daily/personal life as well.
