It sounds exactly what i expected. How can you do the silicon plate foam mod? Did you pour the silicon fluid into the case?
The silicon foam comes with the keyboard itself and it sits in between plate and pcb. As far as i know it doesnt include any case foam so I made some 2mm eva foam for it.
