We bought a 560E for my wife to use around the farm last year - took 6 months to get it but was worth the wait. She loves it. Whether she is cleaning an overgrown fence row or cutting trails in the 40 acres of old growth timber she is like a pig in poop! She loads up her tools in the morning and comes back several times with a 4 x 8 trailer loaded with wood for the burn pit or brush for the chipper. Not bad for a gal in her 70's. The Gator has never let her down. Only complaint is the stock lighting, it isn't the best. Added some LED light bars and they made a huge difference. And for what it's worth, John Deere's have yellow seats and yellow mower decks, 'nuff said.
I finally hand fitted the clutch, updated the e brake cable ( new design ), redesigned the shift cable to a marine push pull on our 550 xuv. It took me over 50 hours start to finish. Had to strip it to the bare frame. Its been broken more than operational. Even blew both head gaskets at under a 100 hours.
Has the price of these gone up significantly in the yr since you made this video? Like by about 25%?? Either that or the dealer near me offering a "0% financing deal" of $215 per month for 72 months, (which comes out to $15,480!) Is adding a few thousand dollar finance charge to the msrp up front so he can claim that they're offering a 0% financing "deal"
Just had local JD dealer service my 2021 John Deere Gator XUV560E ... Carburator problems. When it was returned, the hour meter did not display.... instead of the 40-HR, it shows 198.3.... What happened?!! Much appreciation!!
How did the XUV835 gators tow capacity double? It used to be 2000 pounds and now it's 4000 pounds on the John Deere website. I haven't heard any news about it and was just wondering.
I believe you have to go up to the 800 series for a cab. I just bought an 865m with cab and I think the 835 can be bought with a cab. I won't swear to that last part however.
Yes, it is available in a camo and an olive and black combo. You can purchase pieces to create a cab enclosure on these machines, but they are not available with a factory installed cab.
I’m now thinking of getting a 560e once my truck is paid for is the 560e good for both work and fun I’m definitely wondering I want to play in a little mud and trail ride as well as work can it do all of that
