- Life in Western society has often become too comfortable with nothing to challenge us. We sometimes become bored or even worse, depressed. Young men going from boyhood to manhood naturally want to extend themselves and find the rite of passage to becoming a man. Hunting is a natural way to do this. In this video, young Brodie gets tested when he has to carry 40lb boar out of a steep gully in the dark with a sore thumb.

I wish I had a mentor like you when I was younger. I think what you do for the boys and the community showing the younger generations how to hunt respectfully and learn new skills is priceless. Hopefully I’ll get across the ditch one day to experience NZ hunting for myself.

Tough as nails young Brodie..Clay my trick for plasters is to heat up the sticky part with a lighter after you stick it on.., this helps keep them on when wet or just working ..

Hey Clay.

Anyway, a tip for putting on plasters.
Cut a lengthwise slit down the center of each adhesive end.
Hold the center of the bandage and use scissors to cut a slit in the middle of each end. Stop cutting before you reach the gauze center of the bandage. You're not trying to shorten the bandage. Instead, the slits make it easier to wrap around your fingertip. Make a cross over with each adhesive end. Works wonders mate.
