Devs have stated Sephiroth is the strongest and below him is Cloud because of S Cells in Cloud. Cloud could take on Omega Weiss and Chaos Vincent who is in the same power level as Minerva, who Zack was able to beat. So I disagree with this tier list but nonetheless not a bad one. At the end, the strongest “Alive” is currently Cloud.
Indeed Sephiroth is the most powerful being in Gaia since he has jenova cells and he can get more power from lifestream. Nobody can destroy him completely and he will always live in the lifestream, waiting for the moment to materialize himself again with more power. I pretended to represent the power of his form at the moment in which he uses it tho, for this reason Omega Weiss or Caos Vincent could "defeat" that Safer Sephiroth from FFVII of PSONE that Cloud and company "defeated" years before. @@Adrian-dj4tu You are right completely in the List but in your position I would have done a Sephiroth (true unseen God Power) position over Chaos Vincent Valentine at the top since Sephiroth is the most powerful being in the FFVII Universe and is never seen fighting with full force. Than the List would be perfect. Even in Advent Children he was only toying with Cloud so yeah. And also don’t know if Genesis is really stronger than Angeal and First Class Zack. I think all 3 are equal. Genesis is weaker because of he is a Project G failure and lost to Zack twice but when he fights real like in the Final Fight and against Sephiroth in the Past Genesis Raphaodos is on Zack Fair‘s First Class and Angeal Hewleys Level. Of course Zack is even stronger near the End because he had easy Game with Genesis. His true power would be 30000 probably.
@@juanluiseltit yes it is, only dbz rank their characters with 1 number. Other fictions like yuyu hakusho have multiple statistics for speed, durability, intelligence, energy, strenght, etc.

Plenty of people put characters like Naruto and Luffy well into the millions when in terms of dragon ball they shouldn’t make it past 100k. People just use high numbers to convey high power within their respective verse. You can’t expect everyone to unanimously agree on one power ranking across all media.
