I absolutely love this channel. May I give one suggestion? At times, the subjects talk about things they did in a renovation. I would love to see the “before” pictures whenever possible. I’m sure the owners have the pictures and you can add them in an elegant way. Would give us an even deeper appreciation for the work that has been done!
Love that she shows off the art and design elements rather than her china or silver collections. She says she collects shells, and then shows us one giant, gorgeous shell on her mantle. She doesn't have a "gallery wall" ... yay! This, along with the happy colour palette, creates a clean and pleasurable space which is very relaxing and allows objects to breathe. She also points out things she'd like to have done differently which provides a learning experience for viewers. And Mary Beth herself is very likeable.
I find a real softness in the colors, patterns, textiles & art in this home...it feels very calming! And so much natural light with all those floor to ceiling windows... What a cozy & beautiful home!
Obviously, this (color and style) is a personal taste. I find the home to be cold and sterile. I was in and out of the room a bit, so many have missed the family photos. I saw one personal photo on her daughter's bedside table. IMO, the home reads like a show house and not a home. Having said that, the HO seems sweet, just a bit uptight about perfection.
Mary Beth is a very sophisticated designer. She is very humble but she is a genius and innovator for her style. I have watched all of the Home Worthy videos but I have never seen a designer with so many original design choices. Great job and very inspiring. ❤

absolutely beautiful ! love the closed bookcases so much space for putting things away and it looks so tidy. The wicker furniture throughout is beautiful and all the wallpaper touches in each room makes it so unique and really special. I love that u gave your teen a choice in decorating …expression in that age is so important. The kitchen is white like every kitchen but the brass touches and the unique chandelier give it the perfect touch. oh and the wood wallpaper really warms the room. Your huge bedroom us my fav …what a welcoming space to relax in so neat and tidy in the best way. Thanks for sharing :)
Loved her mix of traditional with modern. The artwork was just gorgeous! She’s made me want covered shelving now. The look is so neat and not cluttered! I wanted to see her collection of sea shells. The house is light and airy. Beautiful colors!
Very pretty, light and bright. I love the steel doors in the kitchen. Also I believe it was the sitting room coming in from the garage, the ceiling is painted what looks like in a gloss paint. I love that. You have a wonderful home and a sweet personality.

I love sea shells and collecting them. The coral piece was beautiful and the artwork. It would have been great to see the sea shell collection. The closed shelves are a good idea to hide clutter and look neat. The main bedroom has a lovely lounge. Overall a lovely home.

I found this home to be such an interesting mix of design. The formal living room remind me of 1960's interior. Other rooms hinted at the 1980's. Then of course more modern and traditional. It's amazing how it all comes together so beautifully. Thank you for sharing this lovely home tour!

The room near the garage entrance would be perfect for desks for the kids to do homework. Interesting living room layout:). I don’t know why none of the tour hosts have recliners in front of their TVs in their family room. People just sit straight up watching a two hour movie? Nonetheless it’s obviously a very pretty well decorated house. I love it.
Lovely home and lady but a totally different world, where she buys an Eames chair which is I suppose nearly 15.000 € just to make the place look pretty and where the kids can put their backpacks on or the dog ist sitting there😅 Greetings from Germany 😊

By the way; Aren't there misters that can be added outside under that porch & by the pool area for creating cooler air flow, other than just having fans 😮... I May be Wrong ;but I do Remember it from a few years ago. Hearing Designer on HGTV mentioning misters & putting them into a remodel of the Home of a Famously known client but sadly cannot remember Everyone's name that it involved. .. I'm laughing because she finally admitted at 27:55 what this fellow Texan was thinking throughout the tour - that house has to be really stuffy in the summer with no ceiling fans at all. Doubly so on the patio. (I use mine literally 9 months a year). It's a visually light fresh beautiful home nonetheless.
Yes girl I was looking for ceiling fans also. And the covered patio must be unbearable. We would die without our ceiling fans. They are on almost year round here. I live in the DFW metroplex.
