there's a easier way of doing #7 without having to nail the timing, just change the wooden arrow direction to Eets after the first shot facing left and spam shots to keep him at bay until the cart is in position, then blow the cart (along with the bombs) and Eets will end up very near the cake.
I spent ages stuck on #7 because my arrows weren't lined up perfectly. Make sure they're in exactly the same place as in the video and then click the beehive as soon as Eets' first ear bounces up after crossing the rope.
