I remember playing this when I was 12 years old, and it scared the HECK out of me when-first, elevator stops. Second, Dexter catches you in library. Third, you get locked out in cold. o.o Plus, music is so creepy in this. I gotta play this again. :D
This was my first ND game. It took me forever to beat so I can wait to watch all the movies and see how you figure it out. Keep up the good work on the ND vids. They rock! ^o,o^
I live in Wisconsin and the snows here in the winter are terrible especially for me. My hands get rally dried and cracked and then they turn a really bright purple and sometimes I lose circulation when they're not warm enough.

Having played and watched this before and remembering there were a good bit of facts about Marie Antoinette I wanted to watch again because for some reason I like to write research reports and I got stuck watching when Dexter said "Libeary" for goodness sake its Library! @zebrazlove The Beast of Blackmoor Manor scared me so much too! I kept thinking I was going to have a nightmare of Nancy's nightmare, where the front room's all shakey in black-and-white and then you see "the beast" through the window, howling. It also didn't help that at one point in the game you saw a disturbing bit of Linda's hand. :/
I remember when I used to play this with my friend at her house, we used to get so freaked out when Dexter caught us going into the library and we didn't know how to other than using the door so everytime we went in we'd get all freaked and hide :S
It always makes me wonder, too. It also might be because Lani's gotten comfortable voicing Nancy's character and has come up with the right way she thinks Nancy should sound. It's a thought. :/
@1998TGm Did you finish Shadow at waters edge? If you did, do you mind helping me get unstuck? I'm in the midst of recording the spooky noise. I think when you record behind the cherry tree and play the recording, you're supposed o hear an arguement. I did this but got nothing. Do you know why?
A few years ago, there was a massive thread on the forums about how someone claimed to see Marie Antoinette's ghost in the game. Some thought it was an elaborate Easter egg where you had to walk around a certain way (left turn, twist, right turn, etc). But others thought it was just a glitch because apparently the ghost looked like Lisa Ostrum. Haha. I tried to find it in my game but couldn't.

hey i don't know if you can help me, but whenever i try to go downstairs to the basement, no matter which way i go, it closes out of the entire game and gets that error report thats like "send or dont send"...

that's part of the reason i want the game soon i love Marie Antoinette and France and all though anyways huh well im still probably gonna get lost like i was when im playing the captive curse i keep forgetting which way to the glass shop or when im in the tunnels or forest even with the map its hard for me (btw for me the tunnels are easier to get through the only thing that i have to do is remember which exit leads to where)
