    Sir I have a doubt . While taking the formula for recombination, we should consider minority carriers right ? For p type material we should write delta n no sir . Why did you write delta p . ?? And also for n type , there will be a sign change for diffusion current as you explained in your previous videos . Why did you change sign for drift current ?? Could you please reply for my questions sir 🙏??
