So I know everyone is meming on Tapal, but it is worth noting that he _is_ the only fully-fledged Jedi Master in the game aside from Malicos. As badass as Cal gets by the end of the game, he's still not particularly well-trained and is mostly learning through trial, error, and luck as the story progresses. He's definitely skilled, as demonstrated by the fact that he can even stand in the ring with a Master like Malicos, but even then it's important to remember that he had a lot of help to win that fight. The Inquisitors are all basically the same. They weren't full fledged jedi, and were never trained to that level once they were captured. Any time there was a real challenge, Vader mopped it up for them. That in mind, it really does make since that Tapal could probably body almost everyone Cal fights without much difficulty at all. Malicos is the only real toss-up, but my money would definitely still be on Tapal there.
I think the Problem is they made clones too easy to fight in the game. So everyone sees Tapal dying from a bunch of clones as pathetic although that's how 99% of the Jedi died

Well Tarron Malicos age was a significant factor and disadvantage for Tarron that played a part towards Cals victory over Tarron Malicos
