I have one that is the ghia model with the same engine only healthy it still sounds like the first day it left the stand in 1999.
But I say they were made to last If everything goes well maintenance well mine is vibrating a bit when I brake I'm not sure it could be the ABS or maybe I need to change the discs or the brake pads

Could also be your wheel tracking is out (toe in/out) particularly if it disappears at 70-80mph
