- Halloween season is upon us and that means Hallo Fun nights are back at Knoebels Amusement Resort. I headed out on a soggy & dreary day for opening night to see how the park looks and to check out a new surprise. Come along as we do a few rides, enjoy some food, see the fantastic decorations and learn all about this new surprise.

Outstanding!!! Knoebels did a fantastic job with animatronics, lights, decorations -- just the sheer amount of skeletons and pumpkins everywhere..! So hard to pick a favorite!🎃💀😄Love how detailed everything is! From the witches' cauldrons and witches' voices, to the awesome Haunted Mansion and your playfully spooky soundtrack -- Even the weather cooperated with the perfect amount of fog and just enough drizzle to reflect all the lights of the rides on the walkways. Really nice views from your scenic skyway, too! Glad you finally got to ride it and had a great time, Jay! Thanks for bringing us along!🧡💙
I was just up 10/15. I'd say probably that small witches hut across from the train with the three witches. The vomiting skeleton next to the gift shop and evil looking black cat near the Twister were close seconds.
The witches are absolutely my favorite! Love the lighting. This park seems amazing! As far as the rides🫣 As far as toppings on a hot dog I'm a baked beans and coleslaw (a New Englander) Thank you so much for sharing your day at this amazing amusement fun park. Stay amazing!

Thanks for covering the Hallo Fun at the park.I used to attend almost every year but unfortunately due to an injury to my knee could not get to go this year. They really outdid themselves this year. They added a lot more anamotronic characters compared to years past. The train ride is always one of my favorite rides and I never saw so much in terms of theming compared to years past. I am sorry the weather was so bad. This park really depends on good attendance and the weather is not helping. But as you said as a visitor it had the advantage of short wait times to get on any ride. Hopefully the weather will get better and more people can come and enjoy all the fun they are providing.
I haven't been to Knoebels in years! The upside down room in the haunted house was my favorite. They did a terrific job with the decorating of the park!

Hallo-fun at Knoebels looks like a great time to be had. I look forward to seeing it for myself. I'm also looking forward to seeing the Christmas light display later this year.

Okay, that little bit with the music right at the beginning had me both rolling my eyes and smiling. How often does one hear the theme to Alfred Hitchcock Presents (a.k.a. the Funeral March of a Marionette) any more? Loved it!

That was so much fun. They went all out on their amazing decorations. We had a Rock-O-Plane at our county fair years ago. I couldn't wait to ride it every year. Loved it. Mustard on hot dogs! That chili dog looked sooo good. It's seems like opening night at our fair it's raining or had rained earlier so everything is wet. I found those disposable rain slickers come in handy. Since they cover your backside they keep your butt dry when on a ride. I loved the haunted house and the train ride. Thanks for taking us along.

It was such a pleasure to finally meet you near the carousel! Thanks for the shout out at the end of the video and for taking the time to take a picture with us. I’m not sure what the odds of it were but we only come to knoebels twice a year from NJ and I am glad that we were finally able to meet you. Great video as always, you really captured the feel of what it was like to be there!

Love, love Knoebels. Been going there since Chris was a baby. Went there this summer but won’t make it back in October. There’s nothing like Knoebels. Great rides, cheap food and no admission or parking fees. 🤗

After watching you for a while it was nice to finally meet you. Thank you for being so nice and taking a minute to take a picture with my family. Great video - we saw some things we had missed and thank you for the shout out at the end- (nice surprise) The decorating of the park was awesome especially with the creative ways they used skeletons. The Knoebels family always does a awesome job with everything they do. And we finally got to meet Mr Dick Knoebel - a true gentleman. A great night!
It was wonderful meeting you guys as well. It's always nice putting a face with the viewers. I also met Dick a few times and not only is he a straight shooter, but he's a walking encyclopedia.
The park looked spectacular at night ....beautiful ! Love the colored lights . My favorite booth would have been the "Cinnamon Buns and Coffee" booth. LOL... You gave us a wonderful tour .(.wish I could have had one of their hotdogs ...I like mine with mustard and sauerkraut too .).... Loved the displays along the pioneer train trail ...my favorite ride ( oh, and the Sky Ride ) So many things to love about this awesome place ..Thanks for sharing the fun !👍💙

What a spectacular end to a long day of work taking a awesome tour of Knoebels Hallo fun style. The theming of the park was totally awesome. I loved the train ride and dark houses are always a favorite. As for ketchup or mustard on a hot dog. I like both on an ordinary hot dog, but my overall preference is what I refer to as the gut rot dog which consists of chili, sourkraut, mustard, onions and jalapeños. I would give this video two thumbs up if I could. My little niece asked if we could go, but I told her it's a long trip from Oklahoma. Not sure your next video will top this one, but I will be eagerly awaiting just the same. Until then stay safe and God bless.

My sister and I were there the same night (we're actually in the very background at 31:36), and it was a great time. We sheltered from the rain at the carousel for the first 30 minutes we were there, but afterwards the park was deserted and we walked right on to the Phoenix and Twister. I also learned that those coasters are absolutely terrifying in the rain, the wet tracks make the cars go much faster and the lap bars start to feel really inadequate lol. The fog and rain really added to the ambiance though, and kept the crowds away for about the first 45 minutes. We were able to walk on just about everything and hit everything we wanted to within 2 hours. I need to make a point to go back next year and get on the train and antique cars.
It was a great night for ride wait times. Train ride is a must!

Have barely anything like this place herein the UK, it’s all too high tech and that looks like so much fun. Regarding hot dogs….I’m a mustard and ketchup girl. Wish I could bring my grandson here. Ah, maybe one day. Xxxx
The Byron Curve was Known as the " SUISSE BOBS" at, What was Known " RIVERSIDE PARK" in Agawam, Ma. Now known as, "SIX FLAGS NEW ENGLAND!"........"SUISSE BOBS " was a favorite of Mine in the late 60's and 70's at " RIVERSIDE PARK" having lived in Central Connecticut most of My Life!"
My favorite ice cream is black Raspberry or black cherry Emmmm i could go for onr now but kinda cold here now...

I like mustard on my hotdog mostly. Sometimes with onion, hotdog relish occasionally. with sauerkraut.

cool rides and I like mustard and ketchup, and sometimes salsa for a spicy zip on a dog.... on brats it's good ole mustard and kraut.

Just watched this video. I loved the skeleton in the rocking chair LOL. Yeah when my husband and I went there in July, we went on the bumper cars and i got hit really hard and I thought my husband hit me because he did it earlier and i forgot he wasn’t wearing his red shirt that day and I yelled at a guy wearing a red shirt “ You idiot! That hurt my neck!” And it wasn’t my husband 😆oh boy.

I rode the rock o plane on 10/15. Still can't believe how much I enjoyed it. Held on to the handle to make sure that seat didn't roll an inch. The milder experience was enough for me. By the way I think that's the first POV of Skyway at night. Kinda creepy how dark and quiet it appeared.

Hallo Fun looks really awesome! Love all the decorations and it was great to take a ride through the Haunted Mansion again! The bumper cars are always good for a great laugh, and I agree, the view from the skyway is spectacular! I like a little mustard on my hot dog, but for a chili dog, just the chili and maybe a little cheese. lol What a clever idea with that upside down photo and your photos are fantastic, like you said, Knoebels has some incredible photo opportunities and you captured them perfectly! JP As one of the first on the phonix Rollercoaster with the family they have made it a spooky place but hmmm 🤔 missing something oh yeah H3LLRAZ0RMUGGZ13 and a Nightmare at H3LLOWEEN lol thank for sharing the great rides and spooky attractions at knobles. If you ever seen the pictures of the first ride on the phonix Rollercoaster look for green shirts that's me and my bud . enjoy all

It was originally going to be the carousel location, but it's a seating area that has a rotating canopy now.

They do Christmas at knoebels
A drive-through called Joy Through The Grove that runs Black Friday to New Year's Eve. No rides or concessions. They do build a small Christmas village at the golf course that's open weekends until Christmas Eve.
