Yes please do more. I’m a little obsessed about knowing every function. Here’s one I learned: you can have the dealer turn on power windows down from the remote. Simply hold the unlock button on the remote for 5 seconds and the windows and sunroof begin to open and will continue to open as you hold the button. This is turned off from the factory to prevent unintended opening of the windows. Worth a visit to the dealer to get this turned on, use it all the time when it’s hot out.

My loaner Tiguan (Model 3 is in shop) locked the passenger door, and gf was annoyed at me. I realised just now it has the same rounded button as this after watching your video. Saved me from getting in trouble. 😀
My favorite part which I never see mentioned is having the dealer turn on the ability to roll open the sunroof and lower all four windows with the fob. It comes in really handy in the summer if the car has been sitting out in the sun.
@@jimstercintron7523 I've had 3 prius' and 3 Highlanders in a row. I found out though the manual on my last Highlander that you could do that but the dealer has to program it. They didn't charge me for it and my last Highlander was done and before I picked up my new Prius I told them I wanted it done and it was delivered to me that way. I just hold down the unlock button until the windows all go down. Great on hot days to get that heat out before you get in. But you have to get the dealer to do it. They feel that all customers might not like that option.

It will only lower all four windows at the same time when you hold the unlock button down. It doesn't have the ability to raise them again. Owners don't have that ability to turn it on. There was no charge for it to be done. Don't let them BS you that they can't do it. I had it done to my Highlander and my new Prius. It is expensive but what gets me is having to purchase such a large bottle of the APP for the hydro lite. I'm not going to coat enough cars to make this cost effective between the two products. Why not include a small tube in the coating box?
Hi. How do I increase the volume of the beep (does not honk) when I lock my doors using the keyfob? I can barely hear it. I have a 2021 Highlander Hybrid limited.
We have a 2019 Highlander. How do you turn off the backup alarm? When we put a bike rack in the hitch receiver and use reverse the alarm sounds constantly. There is no obvious park button like I have seen in other Toyota models. Thanks
I have the same thing. A 2019 that always has the bike rack on and it used to drive me crazy. I guess I've just gotten use to it. I read somewhere on line that the new Sienna you can turn that off but it resets itself to on every time you start the car. This is my second Highlander, the first was a 16. I really love the car.
