That was intense!! I was so nervous either of you might skip and fall.. glad you two made it out ok!! Also, MAD respect for what you do.. this isn’t an art for common people. I would never have the courage to step anywhere near abandoned places like you do. Thank you for showing us the unseen and forgotten artifacts and history of these abandoned places. 💜👍
Also a Stranger Things fan. Loved this video of you exploring the building. The mystery surrounding the Montauk monster has always interested me. Not to mention how much fun it is to speculate what exactly went on in there.
I appreciate that! The mystery surrounding the place is definitely what makes it all so cool and exciting. Once I knew where this place was I had to go and see the place.
The building has been what it's called demilitarized or demilled, which means that all useful items were removed by a Scrap and Salvage company. That's why the stairs are cut out with the torch. Also to keep you from climbing up inside the structure and killing themselves. There's a reason that you're not supposed to be in that building. Because there's no longer safe. It's no longer safe because the internal supports and guts have been removed to be sold as scrap. The only part of the building is still structurally sound is the concrete and then only for a certain amount of time, as it's being exposed to salt environment
That was a very interesting video. Wish there was a way to get to the bottom and see if there was experimental labs and such. The government could have filled the bottom levels with water to keep people from exploring and seeing what was down there.
I believe, even if they were there at some point in history, once they decommissioned and made Camp Hero a historic place, they would have just moved/destroyed any equipment and then sealed off entrances to any possible lower levels for safety concerns to do with decay and flooding. Even if we could find secret rooms, we wouldn’t even be able to tell if anything happened there because they’d be empty. Unless for some odd reason the equipment wasn’t moved or destroyed. Although, I’d imagine they’d have better security if that was the case. Nonetheless, just being in a place where dark stuff probably happened was eerie and surreal.
Hey hey buddy you got a fun funny funny sense of humor when your body has your house how was the ride you said nice and strong and that's what she said😅lol
Id like to see a longer slower more detailed exploration of the tower before someone decides to close it up for good. The longer we wait ,the more its going to become totally unsafe.
I was going to say Plum Island which isn't far is where 'they' experimented on animals and bio chemical research stuff. Camp Hero was originally a military base. Before and after the Cold War Era, it became the pinical for the CIA's secret MK Ultra program. They experimented on humans and explored things like telekinesis, teleportation, mind control, interdimensional & psychedelic research, and so many other topics that relate to the Stranger Things plot. I love reading/watching historical stuff pertaining to all the secret government programs that have existed/exist. Really cool video but the facts are slightly off. I enjoyed it regardless. Montauk is Strange is a really knowledgeable & fascinating channel to watch too if you want to see old footage from the 90s.
Nice and spooky video. Did you run into cobwebs? Was the air in the buildings cold? What did the interiors smell like? Maybe the capsule/tank things held animals for and during experimentations kinda like the ones in movies with the water and gas or chemical stuff keeping them still, alive, but unmoving - ? Sorry, bit harsh and dark, but that's what was going through my head. Keep up the great work.🏢📜📹👤🗣👥😷📇🤫🎥📽💾⛓👋👃💊💉🗜⚗🛢📟🖲🎛🎚📈📈📈📉📉📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📈📉📉📈📈📈📈📉📈📈📈📈📈📝📑📄🖊📋🗃🔬🤫📇😷👥🗣👤📹📜🏢
If you ever go down, don’t go past the third floor. If you go down to the third floor below ground, there’s bad stuff you don’t want to see him there don’t go down there for your own sake.
Theories have floated around about it being a pitbull, raccoon, etc. but the remains were lost and never studied under a microscope. And a picture isn’t enough for someone to declare it anything. It’s one of those mysteries that will never be solved.
The Duffer Brothers (who created the TV show titled “Stranger Things”) received their inspiration in part from The Montauk Project. And if you’ve seen the show, you’ll notice the lab building (in the show) was modeled after the building we explored in the video. Hence the radar on top of the building looking eerily similar to the “Lab” in the show. If you did any research you would find this to be true, Ryan.
Lol...mk ultra is a far leap from any of the other crap dude. Anyone can "mk ultra" someone. You need to really investigate. Knowing about stranger things means nothing.

Awesome video too!
Plum Island is where the lab is. This place is nothing more than a fort and radar base.

@8:34....its a vintage hard drive
The monster came from plum Island, the monsters from strange things are based on the final experiment that open up a rift in dimensions.

It's a Coldwar Radar Base for early warning of a Russian Attack.
Bro you should try to find the rainbow room
pretty sure the montauk monster was just a raccoon or something. it was a very waterlogged animal corpse

Was the inside used for filming Stranger Things or only the outside?
Neither, it's just a click bait title. It just inspired parts of the show.
I sure hope you guys do this for more than likes!
I like stranger things
Thats not the lab building. Stop with the click bait titles. That building had nothing to do with Stranger Things.
I didnt know you were on the st cast oh wait dustin said it was sorry but some people are just smarter than others its not your fault

This lab is not in stranger things?
I never said it was in the show. I said the TV show was created after it (inspired by it).
