Damn one moment he's talking about how angler fish do
Then he's dissecting teddy bears and writing diery entries for his dog
Then he's giving inspirational messages about life and trust
I am very confused with this channel

"we expend so much energy watching, calculating, trying to predict. Reading signals in people, ready for anything to change, suddenly...preparing to be disappointed." This ripped a hole in my conscience. I am guilty of this very thing. And it is not fair to my present relationship to poison it with the stink of doubt. Thankfully, my husband is an understanding and patient man; but, after watching this, I realize he has earned my trust (a long time ago) and I need to let go and allow myself to fully enjoy the precious love that flows between us.

You will fall in love with him every morning a little more than the last. Trust is an obstacle of our past and allowing ourselves to take that risk of vulnerability. I finally found that one person. I have never felt more free until I committed to us. Sounds funny, but so true. We all heal at different times, in different ways and only when our heart is ready for it. Enjoy your new found freedom from your past. Enjoy the endless love you were always meant to feel. ☺❤❤❤❤

having worked with Cirque du Soleil, alot of time and practice. the performers train (physically, emotionlly and diet) very intensely. i was a stage crew member assembling and disassembling the stages. The specialists would handle what they needed to, as us minions organised and de/constructed sets. when we were in Lethbridge Alberta. we had the entire show packed into trucks and off to Medicine Hat in something like 6 hrs. the level or organization and trainong not just the performers is amazing

Organized Chaos. The Stage Managers, Riggers, Electrical Techs, Sound Techs, Lighting Techs, Construction techs and inspectors Were so fast and Efficient. They said go, you went. You Were Organized into huge teams designated for certain tasks, and that's where you were. No ands ifs or buts about it, and you moved fast. You had specific Staging Areas, specific time frames to have the Equipment up and in place or taken down and ready to be loaded.
when everything was loaded you had everything organized according to what needed to come out first, so that when it came for unloading you could be equally fast and efficient as the loading process. To be honest i preferred the dismantling myself.
The Performers, they have to deal with a crap tonne of stress with training, practice, sleep, and pressure. i didnt deal directly with them, so all i know was more of the hustle and bustle of What the Crew bosses had us grunts doing. it was fun, intense, and if you like a job that changes locations and is super strict (BECAUSE ITS PEOPLE LIVES) its a super awesome company.

I watch this video periodically. It is beautiful and frankly, there is a message that some part of me just isn't ready to hear. "Trust is your relationship to the unknown; to what you can't control, and you can't control everything." Jeggings aren’t strong enough, especially around the waist, for many of the grans they’re pulling.

Trust is difficult. To find, to earn, to accept, to keep. Usually we all start out wanting to trust everyone and everything but then we realise that we can't trust everyone. In actuality, there are few that we can truly trust. Unfortunately some people don't ever get back to trusting others because of of all the betrayals that they've experienced which is quite sad but is a self protection mechanism.

The fact that they allow themselves to believe something that they wish were true, with no evidence, is EXACTLY WHAT'S WRONG with trusting them. Trust is difficult. It's like the feeling of giving your life into someone else's hands, and it's not easily given. Once you spend time in the military, you learn that trust is so easy to hand over to your brothers. You finally realize other people care for you. When I spent some time overseas, i put my trust in my higher-ups, and all of my brothers. Trust is not easily given, but once it is, it will save you in the long run.

Yeah, like in Vietnam, where...oh wait, no the government lied to us on that one. OK, then, more like in Iraq, when we found those WMDs and then...oh wait, no, that turned out to be bullshit. And then veterans got their benefits cut. "Thanks for your service, haha fuck you!"
You HAVE TO trust the dude next to you with the assault rifle. Because he can shoot you. Or he can fuck up and you can get shot by the enemy due to his error. But trusting anyone you don't have to is a mistake, especially the government. Which, by the way, spies on you and lies to you constantly.

Wouldnt it be, like the bird who does not need to trust the stick for his steadiness, for he trusts himself and his wings. when you love someone deeply enough.. you wont mind falling with them... if you trust YOURSELF well enough, youll find that the reason you are upset about losing trust, is because you are upset at yourself for trusting a stick and not your wings. Then you feel lost, you are on the ground now, its harder to fly out. You become Stronger, and more independent. Its MORE then "trust"..

    • @BruceBridwell
      @BruceBridwell 10 лет назад +4

I don't trust sticks at all. They've left me tumbling to the ground. I do put my trust in those who I love (you know who you are). I do it freely and willingly, but also blindly sometimes. That's the stick that breaks & leaves you knocked off your feet & onto your ass.

No right, no wrong - do whatever you want - when you want. No moral standards and lacking in principles. And yet, people still expect to have true friends, and loyal partners.

      They do not lack trust.
They do not lack self-confidence either.
So, what is it, is it a trick? Where's the button I can press so I can get my trust coupon?
      No.

Well, we're different and there are also things I may not understand about you, but I'll never tell you they don't make sense, because they might make sense to you. Please, be more comprehensive with art, even if it's not the kind you're fond of.

    i transcribed it !
“ Alya & Gael have to trust each other .
As acrobats in cirque du soleil they sometimes literally put their lives in someone else’s hands .
Trust is a confusing thing .
It seems so simple but when you try to pin it down it can be elusive .
I think of the way my body sits on a surface that’s new to me - unknown . and how my muscles remain tight - anticipating anything . and I’m constantly aware of that surface . Over time with familiarity , I can relax and start to lean back .
For many of us , that initial tension exists so much of the time , we expend so much energy watching and calculating : trying to predict - reading signals in people . Ready for anything to change suddenly . Preparing to be Disappointed .
    So Much Energy Spent .
We talk about trust as something you build , as if it’s a structure or a thing but in that building there seems to be something about letting go . And what it affords us is a luxury that allows us to stop thinking ,
to stop worrying that someone won’t catch us if we fall ,
to stop constantly scanning for inconsistencies ,
to stop wondering how other people act when they’re not in our presence .
It allows us to relax a part of our minds so that we can focus on what’s in front of us .
    And that’s why it’s such a tragedy when it’s broken .
A betrayal can make you think of all the other betrayals that are waiting for you in things that you haven’t thought of and people you rely on . And you can feel yourself tightening up , bracing , and in the worst cases you might resolve to trust no one . . . but . . . that doesn’t really work .
Trust is your relationship to the Unknown . What you can’t control .
And you can’t control everything .
And it’s not All or None .
It’s a slow and steady process of learning about the capacity of the world .
    and it’s worth it ,
    to keep trying ,
    and it’s not easy .
Alya says that trust is like a fork . Not one way , but many ways . Physical , Emotional , and maybe Something Else .
I almost imagine trust as these invisible hands that we stretch out into the world looking for someone to hold onto as we walk into the Unknown future .
Alya and Gael began practicing together as friends and now they are a couple . It Took Time .
So who do you trust ?
And how can you grow ? “ - ze frank
