but but regarding prices i want to question bjp....but as far as i know when i saw a case study of Singapore country on how it is developed...i thought increasing prices would be ok,, if and only if the amount is using for development....we need to get confirmation about this from govt... if the govt is looting then i seriously anger on bjp...
my suggestion for you better do a case study on brazil(in ethanol blending)..and Singapore(in development),...Ireland(as of education),...ethiopia(in block chain technology nearly same as e-rupiwhich is released recently)...etc...then you may get some thought on what present govt is doing...if you don't have time...watch some centrist channel which are not right winger not left winger

Please stop this we need this New education policy 2020. I suffered from education system and I just want my future generation for creativity to be encouraged among them. Many argue that we have CEO like sundar pichai satya nadella but again Remember again they are just workers again and they can be replaced. Please revamp the engineering curriculum too dear central govt. And teachers is a big mess of india. Teaching is considered as a low lying job and it's only unemployed engineers are being recruited as teachers. See in 2018 ctet only 1.5 percent cleared exam it was revamped. It's a transition phase.

This NEEP 2020. Now we are in 2023. Have we seen change in education system in India.
All these things what we see in NEEP 2020 is meant to alter some of the current things, some delta changes, thats it . What India needs is a complete overhaul of the system, significant reforms in the entire education system.
How the schools works. How the private education system works. Take for example till 12th grade, private education systems not for every one, because we need spend huge money to bear that, but that is the only thing it is working in India.

I strongly feel if we add such emotional intelligence and socio behavioural skills in our system, it would be beneficial to the country, less struggle when you go out of the country or welcoming or invite foreigners safely in Bharat.

A flaw (in my opinion) I want to adress about the current education policy is related to the completion of notebooks of every subject just for the sake of it . During exam time , this becomes hectic as all the students have to make sure they prepare well for the exams . But not a lot of us get to do that since we have this burden of completing never ending notebook work .
Sometimes it feels like we're not even studying to learn something . Because our teachers will hand out all these questions and worlkload tends to get a lot since a part of the portion of the syllabus is rushed during the last week before exams actually start .
There seems to be no benfit in just brainlessly copying questions and answers . It's not just me but my fellow classmates too who I've seen spend hours on completing the same .
The completion of this notebook thing is damaging and time consuming for us students .

One practical suggestion: Let capable YOUNG PEOPLE, both men and women, VOLUNTEER to give one year of their life for nation building. Left to the professional school teachers, who as you say are conditioned to think in an unimaginative rote teaching way, we will mess up this opportunity.
When young creative persons, with a vision to transform this country, and also the world are willing to make a sacrifice,, we will reap rich dividends.
You see the very idea of sacrifice; living for others, is a powerful, purifier of human beings. It benefits the sacrifice far more than the beneficiaries... that is a truth which we miss out. With this dose of willing sacrifice, future generations will together grow into what we call the golden age of Bharat.

Problem is that people who have the intellect to teach have much better job opportunities. At the end of the day the 'unemployable educators' are the ones that are left. We really need to increase teacher pay to attract the correct talent.

TL;DR; I will talk in perspective of CBSE and DELHI --> 1. Board exam: CBSE at present allows students to take any combination of subjects and it doesn't differentiate b/w science, commerce and arts. It is the school which doesn't enroll students because either they do not have teachers or not many students take subjects like SCULPTURE, ENTREPRENEURSHIP etc. These subjects have been there with CBSE from long time. So, I wouldn't count it to be something new in NEP.
CBSE also allow to retake 12th Boards and you have option to retake as many subjects as you want, you don't have to retake every subject. For retake you don't need any school. You can appear as an individual. After exams you get a new marksheet and that marksheet doesn't show if you have reappeared for the exam.
    2. Exit point --> Delhi University provides multiple exit options from quit a long time. say in a 3 year Bachelor program, if you exit after first year you will get certificate, 2nd year diploma and 3rd year degree.
These are only few points, just want to show that GOI and previous MHRD had all the same things in the basket. BUT the biggest pain is implementation. WHEN you don't have teachers leave the point of good teachers how will we uplift the lower part of the society. IN good private schools carpentry, potery, clay making had been since I started school (2000).
WE don't have a timeline or even plan for implementation of NEP. THIS is should not remain a marketing gimmick. INDIA needs it.

Nicely articulated.... breaking the status quo by bringing in changes.
High time this happens in our legal system to bring Order in the society and punishing the wrongdoers

Creating a community for discussion, to make changes and refine our solutions is a good mindset that our education as a system should provide.
Govt employment is a racket where individuals are tested for few aptitude that is required to complete a not so intellectual job. For example a branch manager of a bank does not have to know about portfolio management. Only when it is called for inclusion, would the same person need to know it. That way skills and competencies can be infused in each professional for better decision making.
Professionalism has to be understood at different scale. Real time exposure is a must.
Coursera kind of online community can enlarge awareness in a way, universities tied up in giving normal KSA can include SA in their syllabi. That's where NEP can bring a needed change.
As mentioned by Ganesh, Gen Z can leverage on Social media community to voice their concerns in order to change within.
We cannot expect the govt to do everything. We need the intermediaries like school administrators to bring those new things in their system.
Revolution by stakeholders like students, parents should pressurize teaching community to up their ante.
Few teachers are good enough but all their training is again wasted on administrative lacunae to get things done.
Only steadfast support from society can lead us right. An educational institution is a behemoth which runs on its own wheel. To be inclusive is internal and who will do the needful?
Call to think leaders and administrators, for sure.

This was a very well put together research. I would have loved it if it talked about how reservation / quota going to work in relation to the new education policy.

This system will show result decades later... Because my generation have become clerks.
If executed properly... If schools are schools not business.
And, another question is economy. We need huge investments. Hope it will be...
