The Triumph 765 Street Triple, 1200 Speed Triple, Trident 660, and the great Yamaha MT-09 have some of the best sounding motorcycle engines ever made!

Thank you for these videos! I’m looking to get this for my first bike

It's a good choice for sure.

Is it too much for a beginner? How comfortable is the seat?

Would I be okay jumping from a 300 to this or is it too much of a bike? Also I’m 6’3” would it be too small? The 300 felt too small for me? Also is the seat comfortable?

I think you would be just fine and financially would be smart since you wouldn't have to upgrade again for a while or at all. ASSUMING that you understand this is more capable than the 300 and you start off in rain mode (reduced power). After getting a feel for the clutch and throttle response, then you can bump up the modes to your liking. ALSO assuming you are a confident rider, that makes a difference. If you're unsure about your ability (and I'm not talking about being unsure about the bike's abilities, that's different) to ride, then no.
Even jumping from my old 600 (which is probably equivalent to a modern 300), I started off in rain mode. The next day I went to street, and the day after that I made my own custom mode with power set to full (1).
I think the height will be good for you, I'm 5'7" and both my heels touch if I'm straight legged. You would probably be more comfortable than I am.

@@Izmolio1 thank you very much for the advice very understandable I’ve been trying to do as much research as I can and so far this has been the best bike that could last me years. 1000s are too much for the type of riding I do and 600s just don’t have the torque I’m looking for so I’m hoping this will be the bike.
I have a lot of rider confidence I put 13,000 miles on the 300 before getting in an accident that totaled the bike although during that time I was able to learn so much about bikes.
You have helped me make a decision if it will be more comfortable I can grow into it sounds like this will be the bike for me. My only other question is the SP worth it for the extra money?

@@josephjalbert6286 I can't justify the extra money for the SP. It's designed more for people who want that ability to customize even more, specifically with tracks in mind. I don't race or plan to.

@@josephjalbert6286 Almost forgot, the SP also has a keyless ignition. However, in my opinion it's super ugly. It looks like Yamaha took a knob from their breakroom stove and shoved it on the bike.

@@Izmolio1 I can agree that’s my only thing with the sp is the knob really throws me off I actually went to the dealership to get one because the color way and the suspension plus brembo brake calipers all things I planned to do to the bike and it’s cheaper just buying it at the dealership then to add on. Luckily they have one coming in July. Thank you very much for the help and your videos helped me make the decision I put my deposit down so now it’s a waiting game the only thing I hope is maybe I can get rid of the fob later on but it does look like crap. Oh well either way the stock and sp models it’s really just about the engine, performance, and comfort over looks.
