Hi Lisa, blondies are the white chocolate version of brownies and they are not like cake, so you should expect a fudgey/gooey texture that does seem a little undercooked (like brownies)
@@2kstyles No! :( but I think i used self-raising flour maybe that is why? and i added cornflour, I will try again, i deffo baked as long as this vid said/ finger crossed!
@@laurengeorge2844 @jordanmoore yes self raising flour will have caused the blondies to go cakey. If you don't follow the recipe exactly, you won't get the same results.
Hi, I'm really sorry but I don't like to mix politics into my baking as it is such a dividing subject. I don't know enough about current events to comment on anything but I wish you the best
I used this recipe as a basic blondie recipe without the jammie Dodgers, they turned out amazing. thank you for sharing xx
I'm so glad to hear this! You're very welcome
Proper blondies with white chocolate in the mix! So many people just make them as vanilla cake.
Thank you!
Currently got this in the oven - waiting anxiously for another 16 minutes! :(
did it turn out good?
What a fab recipe, Kat! I love the video too - so cool. :-)
Thank you Nicole!
Just taken mine out and they look stodgy and undercooked although left then longer than advised. Taste ok tho, is this how they should look?

What is “golden “ caster sugar ?
Hi, it's a type of sugar that's golden in colour. You can use regular caster sugar instead :)
Do you use cooking or normal chocolate?
Hi Andy, normal white chocolate is what I use :)
Could you make a dessert in memory for Palestine? I would love that as a token of support 💙🇵🇸
