When Bronya gained the full power of Herscherr of Reason and then Truth she rebuilt her body to fix all the damage that it had (such as the brain damage from the experiment she had been a part of). Thus recovered the use of her legs and regained the ability to have normal speech patterns due to her brain being fixed. She probably also fixed the damage done by malnutrition when she was a baby/kid.
