Any idea on why it’s rattling super hard when I installed new blades? As soon as I installed new blades

Are the blades tight up underneath to the spindle? If so, check the blades for balance.

What if my blades spin when I try to un screw the bolt? Do I tension the bolt on the top or something?

They will spin if using a ratchet or wrench. Try placing a block of wood between the spindle and the blade. Like I did at the end of the video when I was using my torque wrench.
