If I remember correctly, the 2nd skill of the new 3/2 Chisato & Takina goes off at the beginning of CX Phase so you wouldn't be able to play out another Chisato that you salvaged from WR.

You're right, I got the order of effects incorrectly when demonstrating the combo (the total number of resources is still the same, you would need the second Chisato in hand beforehand)
