It was amazing as always, I really had fun working out with you. Could you, please, recommend some exercises for strength and mobility of the wrists? One of the last exercises, the one in which you put the band on your hips, is there another way to do it? Or another exercise that accomplish the same? I don't have a pole or something like that at home. Thank you very much for your content!
