I think he looks good. He absolutely has a ton of muscle, you can clearly see it, even if there's some layer of fat above it. And he looks healthy, he goes for runs which is probably the best thing to do for your long term health (cardio). I think health is more important than physique, and while probably I am leaner than him, he's probably a lot healthier than I am. I play volleyball and I do weight lifting, he does both weight lifting and running. So who cares if he has a layer of bodyfat, he's being active and healthy and still has an above average physique.
