Just to clarify, this is a romance drama based on a historical romance book. I would recommend The Qin Empire series if you want to learn about the history. The story also took place in the Warring States (475-221) period and the original novel was written by a Chinese historian. It’s less fun and more complicated, but much closer to the history.
From SOuth Africa over here... I am about to watch this one just because of the familiar faces from Empresses in the Palace. I fell in love with period pieces showing a lot of drama, bravery, brilliant minds amongst concubines because of The Empress Ki and Princess Weiyoung!! Have been stuck on that ever since. watched them over and over again! Awesome story lines that never disappoint
Although I didn't think this film first rate, I still enjoyed watching it. The actors were good, but I was mostly impressed with Liu Tao's acting. She was convincing as a gentle and kind soul who over the years became bitter and vicious towards her more intelligent sister. Whenever I see films centered on the palace concubines. I thank my lucky stars I wasn't born during those dynasties.
So true. Alot of women fight to become concubines, only to realize once they are in the palace, they will kill each other just to win the emperor's favor
This woman is very versatile actress first i saw her in empresess in the palace and i was like oh my GOD her acting skills is so amazing and also the flow of the story..and im pretty sure this movie is soooooo UNKABOGABLE.. From Philippines ❤️
I can't just leave withoutout giving credits to the star who portray Mi You Zhuan! She is a good female actor in my opinion. I followed her tv series and I love them all and of course to all the people who work with her. This drama is worth of your time to watch. Thank you!

毕竟是描述的是两个不同时代的人，芈月传写的是大秦一统江山，甄嬛传写的是清宫传记。两个不同时代的古人相比较，我认为没有可比性。

这部背景很好，比甄嬛传大气很多，演员也好。就是节奏太慢，内容也不够丰富，只能说编剧水平差点。不过我也看了好多遍。
以前我也不愛看連續劇 因為覺得好多集好長 現在看了幾部好看的之後覺得 越多集越好 因為好看的都會看不過癮 這部聽說很好看 又那麼多集 真是太棒了
