How to Build a Doggy Wheelchair 🦮

My friend Edna rescued Pango, who a few years earlier had lost mobility in his back legs.
So we decided to build him a Dog Wheelchair and put it to the test!
We made some improvements, to prevent his feet from touching the floor, but this is basically the "how to" to this PVC project.
Find a free 3D model and modify it according to your doggy's needs. Better yet, if you know of anyone that could use this wheelchair, share with them this step by step building guide.
