I found a straw bag for $5 at a thrift shop yesterday. I was so excited because it was exactly the shape and size I wanted! I paired it with a jean colored dress exactly like you show here! It looked so put together with my tan colored Freebird sandals. I’m learning 😊

The Marcella cotton poplin dresses! I have one with a simple crewneck and short sleeve and a little cutout in the back. Gorgeous, classic and well-made. There are also ones that are strappy but I prefer the 100% cotton one. Highly recommend!
Hi Lydia, loved the video and the links you list are really helpful! Please please work with some size-inclusive brands in the future as this is something I personally struggle with and think we should all be able to apply style tips regardless of body shape/ size!

YES. Good cotton sweaters ruined on the left side of where the raffia rubs against the body and leaves the knit frayed.
Yes! I owned a raffia bag years ago and it ruined a favourite summer dress. I just won’t buy them anymore even though they are summery.

Lol so it’s 82 degrees farenheit? Try high 90’s-104 in California. 82 is cool… maybe I need to move to the UK
It's hotter in the South of England, Lydia lives up North! We had over 100 degrees last year, we usually have temps in the 90's in summer. You have it very hot where you are for longer, we couldn't cope with that here as our houses are built to retain heat and its very rare to have air con in houses here. I do hope to visit California one day 🙂
