i have struggled with the same pressure of being perceived the way i want to be for a long time. its hard - youre always in your head about everything, down to the most basic details of your life. but the truth of the matter is, people really dont care as much as we think they do 😭 and thats something im still trying to come to terms with everyday. i am so happy to see your content every time it comes up, and i cant wait to see your new series. keep your head up, denise 🫶🏽 (or dont, because we’ll love you either way as well)
excited for the new series! you’re one of my favourite channels. it’s great to see you talking so openly about the downsides of perfectionism, i completely relate and this was a helpful reminder 🤍
i relate to this so hard;; perfectionism and imposter syndrome is so unhealthy and i only realised that after getting close to burnout. Remember to take breaks for yourself, set lower expectations and be grateful for the small things!💪🏼💪🏼
omg I have been thinking about you and didn't realise you were going through a hard time :( I'm so sorry I didn't text or check up on you, love this video and the honesty
@@saaaloooniii thank u sm for watching💖🥺🫶🏻 also dont feel bad! this is something i need to learn on my own ;) but you’re so right - we’re so aware of everything and available to everyone in the world, it’s overwhelming🥲 sending much love and let’s talk soon😌🥰
Don't let your material life (studies, money, expectations...) control you. You are the owner of your life. The earlier you will control it the way you genuinely are, the more successful, peaceful and healthy you will be. It always pays off. Thanks for this video, Denise, it will help for sure. PS: hint: the Bhagavad Gita. ;) It will open you all lots of doors.
