I see on another video that getting up earlier and going to bed earlier than you normally would in the days before taking the flight can help your body clock. I’m another one who can’t sleep on planes so I’m flying business with JAL in the hope I get some decent sleep 🤞
When travelling with a friend, each side of the aisle can be favourite. Window seat, who needs it!
