Even with your own content.
Looping content over and over is deceptive as people expect when they see live, that your live. Also RUclips can demonetise even after monetising you if they decide what you’re doing is not In alignment with their guidelines.
This whole thing reminds me of the saying Easy come, easy go…
I would recommend avoiding this kind of thing, just put in the hard work and learn what it takes to be successful on RUclips and keep getting better. Live Stream is great when you really are live!!!

You made such solid points! I have used Restream both vertically and horizontally. I had one video go viral to 40k views and 100 subs, BUT that video even though it was my own creation to be a funny video re: the US Pre-Election anxiety, when I checked my YT studio most of those subs were from younger people in India who I know would not watch my other content.
So since then I switched to creating relaxing overnight livestreams for sleep, which is more in line with my niche of women in menopause. I don't get as many views, but that is fine with me because anyone that subscribes will be more likely to watch my other content. In fact, I just uploaded a tutorial on how I use Ai to create my Restream lives now, to make sure there are no copyright or reused content issues, and because I have a dedicated playlist for them and intend to space them out but keep on doing them for a long time since they help ME to sleep :)
It's a great tool, but we need to remember that we can't trick RUclips in the long run.
