Awesome, it’s my favorite solo. This one, and Key to the City. T-Mac plays w such soaring emotion and his phrases are intricately constructed out of such nice interval combinations. He can shred scales too but my favorite is when he plays fast and melodic/intervallic at once, while using antecedent and consequent logic. I don’t want to sound nerdy but I think it’s mind blowing what is possible when ya put some thought into things. The next few phrases in this solo are a perfect example! I can’t wait until the next installment! Thank you for making these videos, George!!!

      Hey Trevor!
It’s my fave as well. The lead work in Max is truly transcendent.
REALLY looking forward to the next segment. We’ll cover the bm/A arpeggios and set the stage for that RIDICULOUS legato flurry at the top of the fingerboard.
It’s my pleasure to bring these to you. Sorry for the delay: I had an old score to settle with “Paris is Burning” that took a lot out of me.
      😎👍🏻🎸

Not a part for anyone who can't bend notes to the exact pitch due to the extreme volume level of the delay. A testament to Tony's pitch and intonation...players beware.
