    The hair on my head began shedding significantly following an extremely stressfull period I went through. Consequently, I myself researched the net and opted to try the litttleextra coocoonion hair oil and neem wood comb. The results really made a difference. Now, my hair is lengthy, thick, black hair which has reached my waist and cut off three times since I started. Easy and good. Also, just as effective can be rubbing your scalp - it promotes hair growth. You only have to do this weekly. Pretty soon, you will see new hair starting to grow.

      The littelllextra cocoonioon oil contains rosemary, onion, coconut, and hibiscus, which are superfoods for hair growth. I loved its texture. Smell is subtle and not overwhelming. In summary, it’s a great product and it has reduced my hair fall by more than 75%.

    This book helped me on my hair journey to natural a year ago. And I passed it to my little sister who is having hair problems breaking over time from waist length to shoulder length. I will be buying another for my other sister who has been natural for a few years as well.
    Thank you for all you've done it really was a true guide when RUclips suggestions didn't work the book helped to find what will on a scientific level. I'm grateful to have this stored in my memories to pass to others who may cross my path. I highly recommend your book to everyone wanting to have the best hair they could ever have. My prayers have been answered and I will achieve my goals that I've always imagined since I was a child with hair image problems, and bad hair care practices that were deeply instilled in me. I now and forever truely love my hair!

    Audrey. I'm glad I found you just posted this video to LHCF some still believe genetics has nothing to do with growth rate. I tried to explain it best I could my rate is only about 1/4 inch a month. Congrats on your upcoming Dr. Oz preview.

    And oh yeah, we (yes I'm speaking for all viewers now!) would LOVE to see a vid please on how you put your mini twists in please, what products you use, and how you maintain them from week to week, particularly how you wash them, because I've never washed my hair in a protective style before (which I know now explains why it was always like straw when I took it out and had so much breakage) :-(

    This video is by far the best explanation out there on the hair growth cycle! I know you say we have limited control over our growth but what about the hair growth serum that claims to keep the hair follicle in anagen phase? Or perhaps we can inject the same hormones used during pregnancy into the scalp?

    Can u talk about the ingredients in regular shampoos & conditioners vs. natural shampoos & conditioners? What kind of moisturizers should be used? Different protein treatment strengths & how to tell which one ur hair needs. I also want to know about dry & itchy scalp. I noticed that every now & then my scalp becomes dry. How do u know if its just dandruff or something more serious? Sometimes I get little bumps & grayish looking flakes around my hair line, mostly in the front.

    Hello I just have a quick question. How would I reduce hair breakage/split ends to maintain my hair length, because I really don't want to have to cut/trim my hair unless I need to. It just seems as though I always see lots of split ends in hair and I'm pretty much at a lost of what I should do. Do you have any tips for me????

    • @CulturalEnlightenment
      @CulturalEnlightenment 11 лет назад

      U Have To Cut Your Split Ends At Least Every 4 Months. . .Otherwise Ur Hair Is Goin To Break At The Same Rate That It Is Growing. Once The Hair Splits It Continues To Split Up Tha Hair Shaft Only To Cause More Split Ends With That Bein Said If U Want Ur Hair To Continue To Grow U Have To Keep Ur Ends Trimmed! Dont Worry Tha Hair Will Grow Back And Even Longer! U Cant Hold On To All Ur Hair Forever. And If Ur Ends Are Spliting Faster Than Every 4mnts Try To Get To Tha Bottom Of Tha Problem Bcuz Likely There Is Some Damage Goin On!

    Is the anagen phase effected by cutting your hair? So say your phase lasts 5 years and you would typically grow 30 inches in 5 years. Say it's the 3rd year and you cut your hair to an inch. Will it only grow to 13 inches and then shed? Also because of shedding and regrowth, it is normal to have shorter hairs right? because different hairs are in different phases?

    • @candacethecreative
      @candacethecreative 10 лет назад +2

      It's definitely normal to have some shorter hairs because they're growing at different rates. I'd say the anagen phase isn't affected by cutting because growth happens INSIDE the scalp. Once it passes through the scalp and becomes the visible hair you can see, it's no longer living. So cutting the ends of your hair shouldn't have any bearing whatsoever on what's going on within your scalp
