It’s hard to figure out what to do in normal everyday life now, as it all seems kind of unimportant except for people’s happiness, nothing material seems important now.
Yes, it can be challenging when you come into this information. Their is a period of feeling like nothing really matters and what is it all for. But my guides assured me that our earth life allows us to experience things here in physicality that we simply cannot experience on the other side. We crave to go back ‘home’ because this earth life is so foreign and dense. But we are here to absorb the physical nature, emotions, lessons, and sensations of this earth realm….and take the information back to our etheric/ real body when we die. So, enjoy it, do things that make you happy & things that give you pleasure. Love as much as you can, and try to see others as your other self. Make it count..with no regrets.

Life feeds on life , your more needed than you realize
When I had sleep paralysis and had it for years , as soon as I overcame fear the OBE started . I just told myself in my head that the body knows how to breathe automatically without effort from us so it’s ok your not dying . And that seemed to help me get rid of the fear
It’s happened to me 3 times, absolutely amazing experience, it changes everything you think you know about life and turns it upside down, to know that the essence of who we are carries on. To actually be out and away from your body and still be the exact person that’s you’ve always been and have the same thoughts is mind blowing. We are made of energy and inhabit these flesh body’s until they die then we simply just pop out and head back to the vibrational plane that we came from and resonate with.

Darius is the first to explain the realms in our construct. There is so much more.
I started having sleep paralysis when I was 18. Felt my soul leaving my body feet first on several occasions. Scared out of my wits whenever it happened. It was electric and a pulling. Took everything in me to fight it off, wiggle my fingers to wake up. Then feeling like I was a wake and the pulling would be even stronger. It’s been years since it’s happened and I was so grateful for that because the experience was so frightening. Now listening to you I wish I hadn’t been so afraid. I’m hoping I can open myself up again. I’m ready to experience it.
I always had a twisting pain in my head and then I would lose all sense of direction
After I let it continue despite the pain in my head from the twisting tightening sensation
Then I would become free upon intentionally moving out of my body by moving my arms upwards while my body remained steadfast
And I would turn my body and fall out of it onto the floor and then I was free to do anything I wanted
Climb up walls like Spider-Man
Fly like Superman
Imagine where ever I want to be and I would be instantly there!
I very like his state of mind and his coolness. Its very fresh and real. He looks and sounds like he tasted all that, not just imagined/saw that.
Even with all that knowledge and wisdom, He’s very humble❤
Iv had one and only out of body experience i felt my body vibrating just before it happend i heard a noise outside while napping but wasent asleep as i turned around to sit on the couch feet on the floor i saw my feet laying on the couch i felt tired and heavy but when i tried to stand up i couldnt i tried 3 times on the 3rd time i stood up but felt like wading thru water then i was up feeling light. I wont go on as it would take too long but it was the most amazing exparience iv had and iv had so many expariences u wouldnt believe but iv always told family and friends hoping to open their minds up to the other side, i love these expariences.

The first 6 minutes were a confirmation for me about the Pyramids. I have read Books like The Hermetica..., and exploring the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus/ Thot, and everytime i really believed what Darius says about the Pyramids, their alignment and the Stars. In his books, Hermes talks about exploring the Halls of Amenti and even building the pyramids...
Darius is the "Black Thor" idk why he reminds me of that actor that played Thor in Marvel😂😂😂

Fascinating. If you ever have your guest on again please ask him if he has heard of anyone who was paralyzed or blind that has has an OBE and we're they able to walk or see in the OBE state.
There is no reason why they couldn't. It's only their physical form in 3D that is handicapped. Their spirit isn't.
I've recently come to Darius' videos last couple weeks and I am very grateful for the fears that have been alleviated by listening to this Q&A... i wish i could hear more about his specific spiritual journeys but i am at peace that i am not supposed to. I hope to explore myself more deeply and connect with my self to have an expansion of an experience from within. Looking forward to how this helps me on my spiritual journey

I am new to the channel and finding it extremely helpful, especially this topic on OBE. OBE seems to be a sensitive topic in general and can lead your family to think you're crazy if you talk about it. I remember several years ago before I started researching this, I had an unexpected OBE and it scared me. I didn't know what was happening. But it was life changing and opened my eyes to see God in a very different way than what I was taught in church. Now last night, I had my first intentional OBE and it was so beautiful. I wish I could share more but I'm still processing it. I felt so much love and peace. ❤ Thank you for your channel! ❤

Thank you Darius for uninterestengly sharing your knowledge. I dont need to make an effort to belive because he explains it so clearly, and its intutition which makes me feel all this stuff is the real truth. Im only courious, on how are people like Mr Wright, who could find a way to overcome their fears, and all of us others who may never even try. However, im in deep admiration of how brave this man has become in every aspect of what he has experienced, how much he has put into it, and how he opens this to the rest. I have read some other books while a teenager, people who put out their bodies, and had real conversations with people whi mediatete. They validate everything, but it all makes perfect sense, the way he explains it, how he has answers to most of the questions, etc. Amazing, im astonished.
Great conversation, thank you both. At 13:30 you talk about being squeezed through a tunnel. With my OBE's growing up there was often that experience as my soul left through the spinal cord and exited via the belly button. It felt SO intense like being squeezed into nothing, plus the intense roaring silence which increased, and if i had not understood where it would take me I would have always tried to back out.. I learnt to go with the flow and let go. It took my soul into the light of the belly where it can reside (embryonic breathing - completely closed unit) or exit via the belly button for OBE.
My friend is scared of bad entities on the other side. I figure it's not much different than here, we can sense who is trustworthy or not, and we stear clear of the sketchy ones.
@@normanshadow1 That is true, also vibe and intention aline us with correspondent experiences on the other side so fear really is the enemy.. One thing I learnt (the hard way) is that love blows light though even the darkest darkness on the other side. It’s like a superpower shield.
Wow, that's so strange to me man!! I just hear a door slam shut and that's how I know it's time to stand up and fly out of my body. No belly button stuff though. I get what you're saying, but's just like, "huh?!" lol Never heard it happening like your experiences. You had to get used to it, and I can imagine so. Sheesh! It took me a while just to get used to hearing a door slam shut without waking up to see who did it (lol but nobody's there oOoO). Your experiences remind me of Neo in the Matrix film getting injected with the machine-bug through his belly button. EEEEEEEIIIIII gives me the weebie jeebies every time I think of it and makes me shudder.

Same here I have been offered the point of no return so many times I have lost count kinda just a normal thing for me now when I leave the body, I was also set up with a whole job of what I would be doing in the other side spoke to different beings about it. I’m still here in human form though until my planned exit, which I know when it is, but still I’m just here to be here ultimately spread the word everything is all good, the last piece of something I would like to add is it’s all good relax be happy there’s nothing to be afraid of.

Darius he is absolutely telling the truth I’ve seen it but I was afraid of all the demons and beings I was seeing everywhere so I blocked my self from it for awhile but now I know I can control it and I’m not afraid no more once you finally realize it. What did the "demons" look like?
There was many different ones remember I use to see these without going to sleep and and doin obe they was just always around me
Anyways I seen red eyes and just a black figure, shadow people, a figure that looked like what I would describe as a devil he had like fire eyes and a pitchfork and skin was all red like, ghost, blur not sure what they would be called but was like they moved so fast looked like a blur that you can see few layers like of there movement , spirits like balls of different colors of energy, have seen aliens few different styles. Might have been a few more but them are the main ones before I blocked my self from seeing them. Wish I wouldn’t have blocked them I seen them from 7 years to about 21 years old I see them out of corner of eye now like but nothing like I use to they was everywhere it was pretty crazy and they would follow me and try enter my body why I got scared

I ve come across Castanedas, books. He was taking a lot about entities on the other side, how good or evil could the be, how could they be guides or friends. Same things. He taught, when in out of body, to look at mirrors, as entities usually like to be reflected in the, so they can appear to you, and so start a relationship, or make ocnversation, holefully a friend, an ally.
And he talked about how much energy is required for the body to survive the OBE. so he just was living in focus.
But this man is so much clearer. Amazing.

I've been saying it for a long time now but one of the things that always rubbed me the wrong way about gurus in this realm was their overconfidence and hierarchy. Especially figures I admire, there's always this "listen to me I know the way" vibe (even people like Sadhguru)... But Darius Is THE ONLY spiritual teacher who does not expect anything in return, actually lives humbly, and seems to walk the talk. He's not trying to get rich or do anything with some nefarious ideals. This man seems like the real deal

I’m gonna say something that may be extremely controversial, and I don’t care. Oprah Winfrey did just about as much damage to me as anybody, pushing Eckhart Tolle, the secret, Dr. Oz, and a whole whole bunch of other bullshit. I’d be nice if she could apologize. I’m telling you, that love and light nonsense is oftentimes more toxic than anything else, and I actually spent years trying to figure out why I couldn’t be grateful enough and trust enough in God’s plan to THANK the people who molested/abused/neglected/abandoned me when I was a child because that would mean that I’m very evolved and enlightened. Bullshit.
If Darius has done one thing for me, it’s help me free myself from that ridiculous construct. Blaming yourself for atrocities done to you is a fucked up way of gaslighting you into gaslighting yourself.
If somebody betrays you, or does something horrible to you, make sure you have stronger boundaries so they don’t ever do it again. Or, in my case, nobody even gets a second chance anymore. I take it to heart when they say believe people when they show you who they are the first time.
Living in this construct is much easier when you realize you don’t have to do anything in particular to live your best life. You just have to define what that is and live accordingly.
Fortunately, for me, I have no interest in consumerism or keeping up with the Joneses or any of that stuff, but people often treat me like I am completely off my rocker because I won’t play the game. That’s fine… They can beat their head into the wall wondering why I won’t play it but I’m still not gonna play. That might be the most asinine thing I’ve heard recently. There was a guy in a video who said that if you decide you don’t wanna play the game you’ve still made a decision so you’re playing the game… I’m not gonna get lost in that ridiculous world of pseudo intellectual psycho babble yoga pretzel logic.l EVER again.

Hey old soul, it takes time to find the ridiculous but you eventually find it when it hits you in the face and is so obvious. Now it's just time to enjoy, relax and only do anything that makes you happy. In relation to the Oprah thing - it's the upside-down triangle. You couldn't believe in her ways, because she is a sex trafficker and sold the girls in Haiti with the Clintons and children from Africa and was in cahoots with St John of God a now jailed pedo - you listened to the lies they told you. You didnt fall for it - you were witness to it. Darius said we are here to experience everything that you are not. So you wanted to experience your extreme, and you have. Game over!

It’s taken me 15 yrs of listening to all those perhaps false light people that its all a distraction for myself. I wasn’t getting anywhere by their words they spoke though it felt good in some way and thinking it was helping to understand. I've had plenty of experiences that are what I think are not necessarily out of body ( per se....) ....but more what I think of as a broadening of the frequency I am conscious, in....a wider spectrum of frequency...at least that is what I am calling it at this time. This happens in waking state..and sleep state. Darius has an interesting take on the nature of things. The way he relates his concepts is consistent and cohesive. I do think there are as many different ways of recognizing the truth of an idea... as there are people to come up with them, probably ! I happen to think ( at this time ) that ALL personal concepts offering a peek at what is so about the Who...What...Why..When..Where ... How...etc , is a piece of a puzzle that is needed to complete a picture of the Truth in it's fullest sense. I say all of this under the precaution that the one looking for information has become independent enough to seek truth under the strength of innocence.

I've had waking "visions" my whole life. Sometimes they're wonderful and amazing, sometimes they're terrible, and alot of times they're simply interesting.
It's true that they can get intense in the Theta state, like when I'm near to sleep or in deeper meditation, but I can be wide awake and incredibly aware of my physical surroundings and still get them. Most of the time they are like short videos, but other times it's like I'm in VR and I can actually look around with my eyes closed or a sleep mask on to see all around me in the "vision" (I don't know why, but I dislike the word vision so much; possibly because of its religious connotations). I can then open my eyes/take the sleep mask off and see the physical world around me, then close/cover my eyes again and go back into this VR-like experience. Like Darius, I've also gotten sleep paralysis my whole life, and that's a whole other experience!
When Darius said he had one time that he couldn't get back into his body and he started to panic, my jaw just dropped (mind you, there's been several times in this interview where I've been like, "hey that happened to me!"). I had one time I couldn't get back in my body and for some reason I felt no fear or panic. I just felt very inquisitive. I stood there, staring at my body on the bed, looking at my husband lying beside me, and I couldn't figure out what to do as I wasn't just naturally going back into my body. I had to deploy a special "technique" that suddenly dropped into my mind (that I won't share here), and it worked immediately.

I have lucid dreams frequently. When I realize I am dreaming and that my body is back in bed, I allow my myself to float or fly, sometimes I can manipulate my actions and soar into the universe. When I become uneasy or frightened I demand “ don’t wake up, stay here! “ In my most recent, the people seemed to be unaware of my floating above them about 20 feet, however one person glanced up at me. I couldn’t tell if I was being deliberately ignored as if I didn’t belong there. I asked them where I was, but was continued to be ignore. I woke up to pee, and the dream continued after going back to sleep, but the remainder was not clear anymore.
Amazing! Being able to fly is such great fun.
I do exact same thing! And can keep myself in the dream for a while. Try to stay calm ✌🏼

Personality and conditioning. Not everyone shows their emotions
He has conditioned himself to be neutral, this is really good for out of body travel as when you become super excited or fearful you snap back to your body and the out of body exploring ends abruptly.

Rudolf Steiner was also very serious about this stuff...not a joking matter. He was conscientious about his being viewed as too serious, however, not to the degree that he was willing to sacrifice the serious nature of the presented phenomena.
I can understand someone coming out of their body and looking around their room, that much makes sense. What I don’t understand is how you would go from your room to a place like the Halls Of Amenti.
Once you are out, all it takes is just a thought.

Here is a funny proposition. What if what Darius perceives during his OBEs is actually his own creation? Although it feels right what he describes how do we know that it actually is the objective reality versus it’s his own thought forms/creations that he creates for his own experience?
Like many other OBE'ers such Tom Campbell and Jurgen Ziewe, I believe Darius has conducted experiments with others to verify what he has seen in the out of body state, but my sense is that he doesn't feel that he needs to anyway. Whether or not the experience is 'real' is secondary. It's the positive impact it has on his own life (and that of others through the stories he relates) that is more important IMO. To dismiss subjective experiences from being considered 'real' because they can't be measured or verified objectively is I think a missed opportunity for growth and learning for so many.
Totally agree. I went through the whole out of body trip many many times. Eventually your mind settles down and you realize you aren't leaving your body at all. I tried many times to prove to myself I was actually out but to no avail. It is a very real experience though and there are definitely things to be learned! ;>)
A fast and easy way to confirm 'objectivity' in OBEs is to do the playing card check. Put a playing card, unseen, face up on top of a cupboard or somewhere you can't see its face if you tried consciously or accidentally saw it unconsciously. First thing you do in the OBE is floating up to the playing card to look at it. Then remember what you saw and confirm that is what you saw when you come out of the OBE. You know what the bigger issue is, though: ultimately everything is your own creation. What you call 'objective' reality is consensus reality. A shared experience of this dimension within this realm within this construct. It's ultimately a closed-loop argument, but every explanation of the experience of reality is. There is no avoiding a part where all is one point and personal experience is a form of subjective, filtered, hallucinated, selected refraction of that one pointed origin of information.
This is a very insightful explanation. As humans we do try to categorise and label everything and find patterns. The idea that every OBE experience is as unique as the individual is a very cool concept.
there is no subjective experience. there is universality to everything that we are, a common pattern or theme which governs our life. external reality is a wave. we are all connected subconsciously.
there is no free will. there is only attraction based on subconscious programs.

Yes, you have shown those images often but I am sure most of us cannot over see them. They are incredibly complex and yet show their meanings in a simpler manner than words could never display. Everything reverts to Simplicity as does complexity. From my angle, you can never show those images too much and my feeling is very many would agree 👍.

Yeah, the images he shows of the construct and earth being CENTER STAGE, gotta say it’s pretty large and in charge, that is incredibly complex as it houses ALL of the images put together. So, it looks like a swirly picture that shifts the more you look into it. You kinda go HUH, but yeah it’s kinda beyond explanation here, on the other side when you are there for long enough, you kinda go HUH okay that’s how this works interesting.

For myself, I figured out how to induce sleep paralysis! Setting a timer right before you sleep, about 3-4 hours later, when the alarm goes off in the middle of your sleep cycle you will be able to silence the alarm and slip right back into sleep. But it’s very important to catch yourself consciously during this process and once you’ve reached the point where your body has fallen back to sleep and your consciousness remains aware of itself, you’ve reached sleep paralysis. Now I have a question 🙋♂️, when I go to leave my body, I experience an intense vibration throughout my entire body? Is this normal? Is this my vessel experiencing a change in frequency?
The vibration is an oft-reported phenomenon experienced by many just prior to the astral body separating from the physical body
That vibration is called "phasing" because you're changing phases. Michael Raduga writes about it in his Out Of Body Travel books, which also have a lot of helpful practical hints. I believe you can read them as free PDFs online.

I went to bed the other night thinking about astral travel after watching this video, and I think I had something between dream and astral experience. In the dream I was in a house and was showing a child how to do a craft, and then I kind of realized this was not real, the child walked off to play with some toys, I walked out of the house and started to fly a few hundred feet above the suburbs, gently flying. The colour of everything outside was only in shades of blue, and I could plumes of blue fire occasionally coming out of the ground here and there, it wasn't menacing though, just very calm, very still, a sense of not caring, all the time there was this humming tone, and I look behind and see a wall of interference like an analogue tv signal, that is creeping forward slowly consuming everything. So I was definitely having a waking dream and was in the stages of leaving the dream space and had entered an OBE. Unfortunately I was woken up before I could discover what happens next...
When is this realm coming to an end?
I had sleep paralysis at a youge age also from the age of 14 to 18 years old it frightened the be jesus out of me , this was back in the early 1980s.

I used to dream about flying all the time, but it was more like floating, and the air felt more like water, or matter that you could actually navigate through.
