That makes no sense. Sleep paralysis happens when you go into deep sleep . You can't control it and shut down the body.

I don’t know if you can help me but I’m desperate and tired. I have sleep paralysis Everytime I sleep without a sedative. It scares me so much and I’ve even felt hands touching my legs. One day, I fell alseep in the chair and before I knew it, it was like my spirit was trying to leave my body. I didn’t want it to happen so I did whatever I could to stop it. It was as if my soul was bouncing in and out, in and out.. Then, I got so far out of my body and nearly stood up, but a hand pushed me on my forehead back into my body. And then I woke up. So, who pushed me back into my body, and why can’t I get all of this to stop? It feels evil in nature and I’m so tired of it. No one reading this will believe me anyways SMH. I can’t get help from an actual doctor either.

I’m so thankful for this episode! I literally have been trying for years but always seem to fall asleep due to probably being too tired but last week I had what I thought was a dream, or something in which I was outside my child was there, a thunderstorm rolled in FAST the thunder struck so loud the lightening struck SO BRIGHT I couldn’t see and I began rising from from ground and felt like I was being electrocuted my first thought was omg my child and fear set in and I panicked which caused me to literally be sucked back into my body and for 15-20 minutes after waking up the “buzzing” feeling would not leave my body especially my hands and feet! Dang I was so close but I’m so excited to hear this validating my experience that was SO REAL! Thank you both!!! 💟☮️☯️

I would have sleep paralysis almost every week as a child.. i would force myself out of it... why oh why did i teach myself to do that... it has been years where i have had one. I was psychic and had so many abilities as a child, but being raised muslim i suppressed it all. Now i have turned my back at religion for 11 years now and i have to actively work on it even though i have this feeling that once i fully surrender to it (fear) i will activate all of it again. Now im teaching my boys to grow their abilities. Reading without seeing, playing football without seeing because i want them to be the best version of their spiritual self... no suppression in their life ❤

What if something tries snatching your soul out? I had that happen to me during sleep paralysis and I heard it saying "I got ya," "I got ya" and I could feel my soul almost leaving my body. I was scared and I shook my body to get my soul back in and wake up.

I have never done yoga but, I do breathing thru my nose and breath out of my mouth several times a week to help me relax. In interesting enough I have had a few out of body experiences that I remember, It could be, I was born with a benign B. 🧠 tumor. And I almost died with the first brain major surgery in 1986 after I started to have a brain hemorrhage, I briefly woke up and heard a nurse so I thought, Tell me everything was going to be ok and the Crisis was over and was told they didn't have a black nurse working there. I am Hispanic and later, I needed a 2nd brain surgery- 4 years later. The first neurosurgeon could not remove a piece of the benign tumor, left in and it started to grow again. It was a frontal lobe tumor, embedded deeply in the brain. I don't have any seizures but, I can If, I don't balance my self out. But, I remember the last few years of my out of body experiences. One of them, I was coming back to my body traveling very fast. I didn't feel to scared 😱. And wondered why, I was traveling so fast back to my body!! It was a crazy feeling, I thought for sure, I was going to crash. It looked like, I was taken on a mission. Weird, I know. And about a year ago, I was taken out of my body after I had done a few 1 - am chores, I went to lay down and closed my eyes and puff, I was floating on top of other souls waiting in line to go into other doors 🚪 . I saw myself as a cloud ☁️ I know so weird and there were strange beings shouting at me: Telling me, "it was too late!" ⏰ but, I didn't understand why they were telling me "it was to late! " ⏰ And it felt very alive and electrifying where I had been taken to another dimension. I think? So strange and I look forward to having more experiences. The next day around 9:30 pm - My 17 year white male cat 🐈 started bleeding. I called my grown daughter to take us to an all night emergency vet hospital and the Vet did an ultrasound on my Cat 🐈 only to tell me, He had a cancer tumor in his urine bladder. I started to cry and spent some time with my Cat.🐈 I told him, He was going to a better place and I would miss so much. The Vet doctor came in to give him a relaxing injection and then He administered a large dose of pain meds as I held me in my arms. I still cry 😢 and cry 😢 and I could feel Him leaving his body. Plus, My husband passing away 3 years ago being married 41 years. Life is so cruel and here I am lonely without them. I have been having more out of body experiences after falling asleep naturally and with melatonin too.

Q have a question that has perplexed me for decades . I had a dream in which I was seen by a person who asked me if I was back for good. He walked toward me and hugged me. Once he touched me It appeared I back into my body with a hard stop.I opened my eyes to see several people standing around me. I appeared to be back in my bed. In my head I asked to speak to only to those who was in service to others.. A man stepped forward identified himself as my husband from another life and told me information that years later was verified. He took me he loved me pressed his heart against mine and it felt like extreme energy was interchanged. As I looked into his eyes I felt deep love. Can a trickster fake the emotions of love. If not what was going on. Also who are the controllers. Identify in another dream . Thank you so very much to tell me

Rob- I had that same recurring dream where I was struggling to move through small spaces and getting frustrated each time. It finally stopped when I had one where I was trying to climb out of a tiny window, and I noticed someone off to my right using a door, so I followed them outside and rollerbladed away down the street. It was exhilarating and I never had another dream like that again. 😄

I have had many epsiodes of sleep paralysis...usually when Ive been under a lot of stress in life. I remember 5 times of instances particularly. The first..i was about 9 or 10 years old, my body was moving without my control...i could only move eyes ....a loud bang happened and i screamed immediately and ran jumped and ran from my bed to tell my mother what i experienced. Another time, i felt.the being thing...i was stuck i knew i was stuck ...and contstantly told myself to wake up...i was very afraid of the beings i felt behind me out of view...i could feel they wanted me to interact...i was sooo afraid. In the end ...the guest is talking about connecting to the other side and great work...but what is the point? Acceptance of the self in all its wholeness but to what end? Why? Im curious because im shocked i happened across this video...and the beings, and the similarities of the white space...i had a dream like that where i spoke with my father who passed...but no words theough our eyes we spoke...anyways. why?

I do wish more things were shared on how to recharge and prepare the body in between.

Wow I've been having sleep paralysis since 13.... couple months ago, I had it and then in my head, I said "let me go get to wife to come wake me up"...as I walked down the hall way into the room, and began to TRY to wake my wife up; she was just laying there and wasn't responding... just then, I realized I was out of my body....as soon as I realized that, I feel right back into my body.

Speaking of sleep paralysis from the comments, I had that few times. This shit makes me choke to death and kinda scares me. I don't know how, but every time this happens my mind doesn't work, and my body still works, so I can get out of it by moving my jaw. This moving jaw forces the mind to wake up. Rarely I have the weird sensation that I'm at a parallel world in the same room. So if this happen, what should I do?

The future can’t be seen or it will change.

I have all same experience except I don’t see my body. I even expect to see it, but I do see wife. No proof this is in another dimension.

That's what happened to me, I had a sleep paralysis for the first time and I saw myself lying on the bed, my mother was sleeping next to me and I was trying to call her. To try and wake her up but she wouldn't wake up. That's when I saw a demon standing in my closet, it was a dark figure and it's energy was strong. Almost like it was pulling me towards it. That's when I started to get scared because I didn't know what would happen to me after I went near the demon. I wasn't afraid of the demon, just afraid of what might happen to me if I went near the demon because I knew that I was out of my body and that my body was still alive because I could feel myself breathing while I was sleeping. But because of my own fear, I decided to go straight back into my body. Once I did that, I woke up straight away and the demon was no longer in my closet and my mother was still sleeping. I just decided to fall asleep after that. Ever since then I never experienced sleep paralysis again in my life. I want to be able to go through the sleep paralysis again just so that I can learn more about it. I feel drawn to it, like I am meant to go through it again and experience certain things that I never knew about.

Ok I have had sleep paralysis since I was a child. My son has it. We are both terrified!!!!! I tried astral projection which took me to a DARK PLACE. This has destroyed my life and this is the first time I have heard about this . I left my body and was traveling so fast and could feel something VERY DARK with me. I wake up screaming often, if I don't get this under control I cant take much more. I have been told its demons IM SICK IF BEING SCARED.

Is sleep paralysis supposed to feel like you’re burning? Because mine comes with this excruciating burning sensation all over my body. Until I came across Darius videos I used to think it’s the devil attacking me, so I’d start calling on Jesus’ name repeatedly but nothing really happens, but eventually it’d leave me after a while of fighting back. It scares me so much

I have had 2 accidental obe, have sp almost every night. Sometimes more than once. It is terrifying. I've tried to relax and go with the feeling of my spirit rising out of my body but I've not done it, so far. I have seen my spirit self. I've seen the spirits surrounding me while in sp. I've always been aware and conscious that these spirits want to enter my body while I'm gone.

Im pleased you asked about the Law of One, its a road I have been down but did not like the collective idea, to me it felt like they were saying we are all one and there is no individuality, telling people they must be of service to others. Even thought there are aspects of the idea I like, it never fully felt quite right to me, almost like it was diempowering me, rather then helping me work on and stand in my own individual power. It's good to hear others thoughts on ideas. Thank you to Darius too for explaining the technique. I've had sleep paralysis most of my life and even though I'm used to it now, it still scares the cr*p out of me, the next time it happens, I'm going to try this technique...

I get sleep paralysis pretty often and I think the worst part about it is not being able to breathe very well. It would be cool to just have an out-of-body experience without having to go through that, like when you're just in mid sleep.

Funny, i always noticed those, including my norther, who were insulted by my good life.

My heart goes out to her for what she endured 🫂 She is very lucky to have had such a good life afterwards. I was abused in my childhood as well. I got out when I was 11, but I ended up with a lot of mental health problems.

I don't necessarily always feel that I am "in line" with spiritual guests on the various channels - and reserve the right to be a little bit critical. But, you have integrity and do a great and very important job on the channel. Thank you so so much.
