there's something beautiful and a little terrifying about Mandelbrot renderings. I think that maybe because it comes pretty close (to me) to representing infinity - no matter how close in or far out you're never at the end.
yeah thats true. when mandelbrot start image is about an A4 letter size, then with a deep zoom you could scale this easily up to over the size of the observable universe. infinity is crazy but for me primary a positive thing, because I believe in infinity of existence before and after our universe and thats cool.
There is a link to a tutorial at fractalforums.com in the description. There are also all problems described. Stereo works with Mandelbulb 3D only in front view but not at backside of a 360° view. Program Mandelbulber works better at this point. Soon I will release a remake of this video in 360° stereo. There we used another methode: rendering stereo from Z-Buffer images that are saved with the fractals.
Thanx. Maybe I render this again saving Z-buffer and then create the stereo effect using this Z-buffer. If this works good enough, then we will get stereo effect at 360° :-)
Hehe. Well some google deepdream will follow (one non-VR video nearly ready). But I will also do more non-deepdreamed fractals. One raw animation could be cool in stereo. But it will take some time to finish.
It is not made with a typical 3D programm. It is a 3 dimensional fractal calculated with Mandelbulb 3D. So it is generated by a special formula. This formula has some parameters. When you change them, then you animate the fractal.
Rendering time would have been 120 days with 60fps. I also think it would be more fluid but with less detail because you have to press the double number of frames into the same bitrate. Maybe I will do a small test to check the difference.
@@schizo604 Hi! Love you vids. On the topic of frame rates, I did an experiment with this video and dropped in into After Effects and doubled the frame rate to 50fps using pixel motion frame blending and it worked beautifully. I couldn't notice any artifacting. Took about 4 hours to render on my macbook pro....so if you ever need a quick way to double your frame rates I highly recommend this method.
There is a wealth of videos here which interview the Polish surrealist *Zdzisław Beksiński* and display his art. My nephew in Warsaw introduced me to his work years ago (before RUclips), and I subsequently used his images in several of the music videos on my channel. When Zdzisław Beksiński was murdered in 2005, there was a sudden surge of interest in his art, and the prices of his pieces increased greatly. I have read that several Hollywood stars have purchased his paintings.
I don't think I will render it again after a total rendering time of 60 days. But I already did a 1920x1080 crop from the middle of the video. The warping effect is ok in this area, so its nearly like a non-VR video. Will put it online or somewhere for download when I find the time.

bro, I want more of these...
At least a full stereoscopic, 60fps version of this video will follow and fresh videos also.
Wow this is amazing, could you possibly explain the process for creating this, thanks :-)

omg this is insane. so amazing. it definitely earned my subscription.
All great videos
Fantastic and wonderful sound, great visual effects respect for this one 👌🐲👽🌀
Thanks a lot... and also for all these explanations... Great
😳 holy - this one is awesome
Danke :-)
absolutely crazy. How can I watch it on meta quest? Looks like links doesn't work ...
Wow! Blowing my mind! Subscribed and sharing!
Very Nice 3D effect, Not easy to realise that, respect.

Na dann bin ja mal gespannt :-)
Can you recommended a good VR glasses about 50-100$??
I just use my smartphone with a plastic VR box to hold it.
Is there a link to Download the 4K version somwhere? I can't get it to download off of RUclips
You can download the 4K version with better quality via WEARVR: www.wearvr.com/apps/360-stereoscopic-3d-fractal-matrix-vr
Enjoy :-)
Make more like this please. Without google deepdream. I got a psvr now. Please in 3d

How do you make the animate 3D model and 3D model this? Very nice!

This is great but if you could make it 60 fps it would look so much better in like cardboard and stuff

Is there anyway you can provide me a link to download this in 50fps by any chance? Would love to view this in VR even smoother.
Wow
Unbelievable
Thanx :-)
Keith. I liked the artist on your icon. I had his book. a German artist by the name something like Benenski

can u make it at least 1080p in 2d with no vr and no 360°?

schizo604 thanx for the reply. but I'm finally getting PlayStation VR. hope it works on that. keep up the amazing work!
How do I get to this in my oculus go?
I Look up this dude I got my stuff from him on instagram and telegram he ship to anywhere
