Personally I would of gotten rid of the orange stripes before painting the hood. The great thing is it is your car and not mine. Keep the wheels planted and the power to the pavement. Carry on good lady!

The stripes are a decal I chose when I got it. I had them put on there and they will NEVER come off per decision of me
