no, it will be like India. there will be no overt laws or repressions. but the minorities will learn to reform according to the needs of the new jobs and businesses, or live in gh*ttoes or leave for greener pastures. these guys seem pragmatic enough to not change any laws.

The BBC and western media only goes to minorities and asks them which kind of government they want, but the reality is that the government in the East is made by the majority, and minorities should follow it. If it is not like that, then Europe should announce Islamic Sharia law as Muslims are minorities in Europe and the US.
No Islamic law, then no Syria.
The goal that the Mujahideen have fought for is the implementation of Islamic law.
Not absolutely like the Taliban, but it will be an Islamic rule, similar to that of the Zangids or Ayyubids.
It will be somewhat in accordance with today's situation in the world; since the West and Zionists are in power, and the United Nations favors them, there will be a need to show a little setback.
It is the wish of every Muslim to have their own laws sent to them by God, so let the Syrians make their own government as you say; let the people choose their way of governing.

Be very careful in what you say all minorities should accept because it should be so. Look at Iranian govt which said the same thing in 1978..... And currently how things turned out? Syria has been there for ages and it's governance should be taken very seriously. After imposing Islamic laws next it'll be pulling down Churches or closing them all down. These christians have been practicing since the 3rd century . Way before Islam came to be. Do you think it's right for them to forced to worship in Islamic religion? Or follow the Islamic laws?

They also did that in Iran in 1979 after the fall of the shah, but then France's solution to their foreign policy came flying in from Paris, an Islamic guy dressed as an Islamic imam. You can read the rest in the history books of young people who don't read in school anymore but sit with their noses down in the next game app and get your historical knowledge from the same place.

Then 100s of years later in 638 AD the Arabians invaded Judea and many of the people from the Jewish state were expelled and the Arabians are still present in the area now, in fact they invaded the whole of North Africa and right up into Spain and they still have a presence in most of those places. The British are no better. We are also colonists, there are many people of British descent in North America, Australia, Canada and New Zealand etc. We should all hang our heads in shame.

First of all learn to spell. The country's name is Israel. Second, the total population of Palestine in 1947 was around 1.8 million...in 2024 , the total population of Israel is around 9.3 million with Christian population of 1.9 percent. Simple Google search could prevent you from writing nonsense. So in 1947 Christian population of around 8 percent equated to 144k. 2024 Christian population in Israel alone is between 176k to 188k (2023 US state govt report).
