Are these samples fairly raw? Usually I would add some extra processing to a bus etc.

Thank you! They're a good flat base - you should be able to add a lot of your own personality to them with post-processing, especially if you turn down the EQ, reverb, compression, and saturation in the Mixer tab.

Mikko chiming in - across the board (apart from the Grit release which was all about the analog signal chains) we do our best to keep the samples as raw as possible. Good source tones is key for a good sound in the mix. If you know me you'll know that I'm quite heavily against surgical EQ to begin with. :)
