GETlife: 10x5 Douglas wheel and a Kymco hub

  • Working on my "mini fatty" or 10x5. I need to remove the studs from the hub, and use the supplied bolts instead.
    I mentioned a 130/70-10 tire in this video, but I decided to try a much smaller tire instead.. check the next vid.
    I also found a great deal on some Metropolitan final drive gears.. This should offset the difference of using a smaller tire.

    M8 and 1.25 is the pitch if the threads. 1.25 is finer than what you would use like in some metal barn build. 1.5 or higher is common for them. Great video cant wait to see it all the way installed tire and all!

      I got both the wheel and hub from theruckshop.com. They modify the wheel to fit a standard hub. theruckshop.com/product/polished-douglas-10x5-ruckus-mini-fatty-rim-4-140/
