To get the mosfet to fully turn on use higher voltage to the ic to get 15 volt at the pwm output use 31 volt but use a 23 ohms resistor to protect the ic from high current I drive my igbt with it and the 6 volt on the pwm from 12volt can’t turn the igbt on to fully so I made a booster converter and the ic output is now 15 volt and the inverter work great
I also noticed that most of your fish inverters were deleted. I was planning to build one but i have no video reference. Can you please re upload it. Thanks and more power.

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Ne555 darbe modülasyonu ile basit ama etkili bir şekilde kablosuz güç aktarım devresi var elimde. Mosfet olarak Irfz44n kullandım. Ancak soğutucu fan vs dahil aşırı ısınmaya çözüm bulamadım. Isınmayı gidermek için ne yapmam gerekir yardımcı olabilecek var mı. Güç 12 volt 1 ta da 2 amper bu arada. 2 amper de iyice ısınıyor.
