The Ruby Exo is easy to get too. Same building as the Bed and Vendors in Prypiat. You'll have to go around the right side of the building and toss some grenades up into the window to unlock the door but it's pretty easy. There's a couple videos on it.
I just got that one yesterday and immediately maxed out all the upgrades. I already had a fairly equal exoskeleton suit but it did not have PSI protection. Looking forward to taking advantage of that.

Does the armour need blueprint for fully upgrade it? Or just like seva D suit that need blueprints for fully upgrade?
