The Benchmark line up (other than the 8) are surprisingly good for their price. I have recently been putting a small barrel stave in them and leaving them in my "rickhouse" (garage) for 2 weeks. This seems to knock some of the youthful notes off of them. Delicious. BM Full Proof can become (very) poor man's Stag Jr. with this trick.

OK, I would place OF 1897 ahead of all of these. Given the OF fanboy-ism of Zack, how was this not in this blind? It is always on the shelf and is really tasty.
Am I misunderstanding you? OF 1897 was in the blind. It was #11 for the guy on the left and #4 for the guy on the right.

That Evan Williams Bottled in Bond... JW Dant & JTS Brown are so much better. It's funny, though, the Heaven Hill stuff is all the same mash (and the Heaven Hill AND Henry McKenna Bottled in Bond are allocated here in Ohio so not easy to get)
That Benchmark Bonded is a awesome! Like a Taylor Jr (actually tastes the same as Taylor Small Batch to me)

Benchmark is solid, but Id take JD bonded over it 10/10 times. Benchmark tastes like 4 year BT at 100 proof. Not enough there for me to take it in the top spot. I think bardstown might give JD a run for its money, but if I could only pick one it would be the JD. Just too good for the money.
I'm really surprised that the Evan Williams did so poorly. That and Benchmark are my go-to BiB.
